I recently used them and they're really good. They were very professional, the person that came out and did the initial assessment and watch around the house and his name is Steve, I've seen him in other reviews on your site, and he was really very professional and very informative, very patient with me 'cause I asked questions a lot of times just to get to understand so I really appreciated that. And then the guy that came out the next day, they were very prompt, the installer was very friendly, very helpful, I should have walked around and watch what he did 'cause I was curious about it and he was very open to answer all of my questions. I asked some questions a couple of times and he was very patient with that and then I had a couple of questions after he left and I e-mailed the office and they got right back with me and were there and answered my questions very satisfactorily, I had a really good experience with that company. I think it's comparable, I don't really know but I think that's probably what it cost for. I have to wait and see because he just installed the system so they come out every 3 months to check on it, so really the proof of the quality, the effectiveness of this system I won't know but that is the only reflection of their company because the system that other companies installed also, and the quality of the service, I've used them before in the past and they've always been good. They're very responsive.

The quality of their work is excellent. Rudy is very prompt and completely professional. We enjoy working with him, and he is always welcome in our home.

This company was used by my builder to do the termite protection. We moved in only a few weeks after the treatment. We had some soil disturbance around the house and the builder told us to call Northwest because they guarantee their work. I was not so much looking for something free I just wanted to ask about the termite control. I called their office and was met with "how can I direct your call?" I said well I don't know. This seemed to annoy the person that answered the phone because she did not want to have to answer any questions. So see put me through to someone's voice mail. I left a message and the person did not return my call although I left name and phone number. I would never use this company if they can not handle simple incoming calls with more professionalism than that. Whoever it was that I left a message with, even if she did not know who I was or it was not "her department" should have given the information to the person that should return the call. I could have phoned back, and gone through this all again or told them that my call was not returned but I feel it is just basic business to return calls. Do they even want business maybe they have enough clients now and don't care. UPDATE: After posting this review, I received a call from the VP Dan Miller to address my questions, concerns and make sure my call was returned.

I've been using them for 10 years. I've been using them for so long, I don't ever see them because they only spray the outside of my house. I have them set on automatic payments and they just leave me the note that they came. They are good. They always give you a call to let you know when they'll be coming so that part was really nice.

Had an initial interview with a rep from the company. He did an assessment of the yard and gave an estimate for service. I accepted the estimate and the work was done the next week. The gentleman who did the spraying was on time, very personable and did a thorough job. Part of the service was another spraying 4 weeks later. The same gentleman did that service and I had the same great service that time, too. My dogs had no more ticks after the spraying. And I haven't noticed anymore ticks in the months since the spraying. I would recommend Northwest Exterminating.

Northwest performed a thorough inspection, treated the house and put in preventative system. All work was done extremely well.

I have been very happy with their customer service, they call you with a scheduled date that they will come. They come and go while I am at work or I have had them come when I am here to check the inside and my garage and they were always friendly and reliable. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their service.

Called to schedule an inspection of house and got one scheduled within 2 days. Free inspection was thorough and professional. Options for different treatments were laid out and the work was performed two days later. Price was competitive with previous experiences. Would recommend to anyone.

We decided to accept Northwest's bid for termite and pest control service. Jose took the time to carefully inspect the house and discuss all our options with us. He responded promptly to my follow-up calls. We have been Northwest customers in the past, and we did want to continue with this company.When it came down to a competitive price, he was willing to negotiate for a longer warranty on the termite work. We had competitive bids from Truly Nolen and Rigo as well, and it was a tough choice as they all provided excellent service. Rigo was very competitive on the price, but we chose NW in the end due to past experience with them. Truly Nolen was the most expensive, but not as big a difference as I had expected. We've had excellent service with Northwest in the past for pest control, and they have always responded promptly when we needed additional treatments. My parents also use Northwest, and the scorpions in and around their house are under much better control. Northwest always provides a call and leaves a message to remind us of upcoming visits. If no one is home, they just treat the outside. They are always willing to come back to treat the inside when we are home, if we need it. Their technicians are always friendly, thorough, and professional. I love to support a locally-owned business, and this is one worth recommending to others. I would also recommend to anyone getting estimates to include Rigo, a locally-owned small business that was highly recommended to me by a friend. The B for Responsiveness is only because I have not yet received a call to schedule pest control service. The termite service has already been scheduled. Jose himself was extremely responsive and easy to get ahold of.

The pest control specialist that serves us is very profesional, friendly and effective. He has found a number of problems that we had not yet noticed, such as a pack rat, ant colony, and termite tubes. All of these were treated quickly and effectively. I have used other pest control services, including some big names, and over time the service has deteriorated. But Northwest has kept a consistently high level of service and responsiveness for several years. We have, on two occasions, called to report a specific problem. Each time they responded immediately and without charge. Our service person is also very good at explaining the issues and what to expect.

We needed help, and they were very helpful. A friend referred them to us. The price was comparable to other services.

They are dependable and honest. They do what they say they are going to do. They are on time and on schedule.

I've used Northwest Exterminating Co. Inc. for years. Their quality, punctuality, and professionalism are great.

My husband found them through a referral from a friend. They are very punctual and their communication is good. They use green solutions for pest control when I have request them to because of my kids and pets. Their pricing is reasonable. I have never had any trouble with them for not doing what they have to do. I would use them again in the future.

Everyone that has been here to spray has been very prompt and courteous and very thorough. A few times during the years we have had to call them back to re-spray, they were very prompt to come back and fix the problem. We will continue to use their services to spray for bugs and pests in the future because we have an annual contract with them.

I have used the same company for the last 5-6 years. They show up when they say they are going to. They do what they have got to do. They are not disruptive or anything. They are good. I have had several of their employees over the last few years and they have all been very good.

They've been very good. They are very efficient, pretty reasonable, we are satisfied, have no complaints, had termite stations outside the house, but are now use baiting systems outside which seems more efficient, and they come 4 times a year. The initial builder of the house used them and that's why we have them. We didn't competitively compare prices, but, the price seems reasonable. Everybody that has come through has been nice, as they come inside the house. We've never had to call them, but once, they responded right away, as we saw a termite trail coming up the base of he house, and that was at least 10+- years ago. They are always professional, wear uniforms, and are always very polite. I give them high ratings and will use them in the future.
