Description of Work: I was very pleased. I had gotten two of these, but one garage door was too old. The technician was excellent, on time, and very helpful! I was refunded the money for the other very quickly! All in all, very positive!

Description of Work: They performed a tuneup on my garage door, installng new rollers, adjusting springs,adjusting the alignment, greasing as necessary. I had recently purchased the home and it was evident that the door hadn't been serviced in a long time. The tech gave me a thoughtful and thorough evaluation of the state of the door and it works much better after the tuneup.

Description of Work: Garage door keypad and update system. Mixed experience: first servicemen were very helpful & highly professional. Considered small details of the install but equipment didn't work. Second serviceman insisted that I give him my security code to program, was flippant in conversation & didn't attend to small details of the home at all. Equipment still didn't work he thought because of system needing upgrade or repair. So he called the owner who said to do whatever was needed at no cost. Owner or manager and some staff were very aware of customer satisfaction, highly professional and more than willing to work with clients.
