Great!! Danny was on time / courteous / professional and knowledgeable.He spent 10 minutes troubleshooting and 30 minutes fixing the problem. If I wasn't around and the wife had A/C trouble I would tell her "Call MVP!!'

I was extremely satisfied with their work. They did a fantastic work. They were very timely and I was very happy with what they did. It was very expensive. They were extremely punctual, very professional and they fixed the problem not only for now but also for the future.

It was exactly the kind of service I expect from a company, and it was done promptly and professionally, for an affordable price.

The proposal was provided in a timely and professional manner. I did not choose MVP to do the work because their proposal was about 25% higher than the company I ultimately chose.

Woke at 0200 to a hot house and found the fan on my condensor was not moving, turned off the AC and started looking on Angie's list at 0215 on a Sat. morning. Left a message with MVP air conditioning at 0300, got a call back at 0645, serviceman Danny Lopez at the house at 1030, done at 1130 am on a Sat. Danny called before coming to the house to verify the make and model of the AC condensor unit and was able to bring a universal motor that fit my unit. Replaced the motor and start cap and explained what he was doing every step of the way without making me feel obtrusive. Told there was a 1y guarentee on the motor and labor. Danny said I should have 2yrs on the unit possibly 3. Need to start saving my money, sigh..., this unit is 11-12 yrs old. Cost was $766 for the motor, cap, service call and tax. Can't say enough how grateful I am for the super quick service and professionalism, on a Saturday to boot. Will use this company again! Just hope I don't have to for another 2yrs.

The service was great and on time. I was very pleased with how fast the repair was performed and the service provided. My A/C is working great and I am really happy I fixed it right before this heat wave.

The appointment was set up via email and the estimated service charge was sent to me. Danny arrived on time, infomed me of some minor issues with our unit and was extremely polite. The estimated price given earlier to me was my final bill with no surprises. I think I have found an HVAC company that we can trust with our future business

A/C was blowing hot air, called one company and was told they would be there in 4 days. Called MVP and Danny came out today, fixed the problem, provided me with recommendations for improvement. I will and you should use this Company.

They were on Angie's List last year. I called them, they came out the same day, and fixed it. They were fast, efficient, got the job done, and it was great.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with MVP. From start to finish, they were a delight to work with. Daniel arrived promptly for the estimate, listened to what we wanted and gave us several options. He was professional and curtious throughout the estimate and spent the time to answer all of our questions. When I scheduled the service, Daniel answered my call and always returned any messages I left for him. On the day the work was completed, the team arrived on time and worked all day. They even stayed late because one item they needed arrived late. Like Daniel, the team was respectful, worked hard all day and answered any questions we had. The first thermostat they installed didn't work properly so Daniel came back the next day to replace it without charge. They made sure the system worked before they left and also did everything they could to make it look as nice as possible both inside and outside the house. They stuck with the estimate proce, even though I'm certain they threw in a little extra time and materials at their cost. After the service was complete, the company follow-up with us by mail. Their warrenty/service plan is comprehensive. In the first month of owing the system, we've saved $100 on our electric bill alone. We look forward to many years of enjoying our heating and cooling!

They were very good, prompt reasonable priced and did the job.

I went to turn on my old heater and would not turn on Called another company to come out, they told me was not fixable and would have their salesperson come out. Joined Angie's list to call other companies for estimates and MVP was one I called. After I told them the situation, they said they would send Danny, their repair manager to make sure a new heater was in fact needed. He came out and a new coil and heater was indeed needed. Old heater and coil were 20 years old and trying to repair it would be iffy. They gave me an estimate with a couple of manufacturer choices and and fit us in to install it very quickly. I appreciated that as my husband, I and our three kids were tired of being cold. Only a few days between estimate and installation. They obviously had a lot of repairs and new installs going on but made it work so we could get heat quick. They were very knowledgable, prompt and at a good price. I will use them again and recommend them.

I believed they charged us appropriately. They were very efficient. They were here when they said they were going to be here. The young man that we spoke to, Dan, was actually the installer along with two other men. They were very polite. They picked up after themselves. They were very, very nice.

They were very good. They just followed through on everything they said they would. They were reasonably priced. They did everything they said they would do.

Mr. Clay, from MVP Air Conditioning LLC, estimated the job accurately including the rebates and explained us in detail. The installers were on time, thorough and courteous. The system works well, though it is not as quiet as I had hoped it would be because that is a problem with the design of the house essentially.

Two employees conducted the installation. On time, excellent work, very informative and helpful. I was very happy with the service and highly recommend the company.

For the little interaction I had with them, I think I would give them high marks. They came over quickly and gave three different bids that all seemed reasonable. They were punctual and answered lot of questions.

My heating/ac unit was 10 years old and not working well. Living in the desert, having a cool home during the summer is really important and my house was not cooling down. I called several companies to come to my home and give me an estimate on a new unit. When MVP came to give me an estimate they were more than prepared - they had pulled the specs on my house and knew exactly what my home needed. I had a 3 tone unit on my house and the specs they showed me indicated that I needed at least a 3.5 ton unit. No wonder my house wasn't cooling down. MVP's pricing was excellent and they were professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They installed the new heating/ac unit three days later. Their team was on time and did an exceptional job. I highly recommend MVP.

Excellent response to my first call, very informative on first meeting. Did not consider other companies due to total knowledge of product. All workers on time and very hard working.

Never heard back from them after trying to arrange a service date.

I was in the market for a new AC/ gas pack unit for my house. I met with four different companies before making my final decision. MVP was the last of the four I interviewed, and I am sure glad I waited. Working directly with Clay, one of the owners, I was given the most complete information on three different units, none of which was being pushed by Clay. He told me the pros and cons of each, the total costs and warranties. He said that all were excellent units and that regardless of what I went with, his profit would be the same. I feel that I got the best unit for the price by far. The instillation was flawless, and the unit is everything I hoped it would be.

There was an issue with a rebate with TEP and they said they would reimburse me if TEP did not. They were down to earth and to the point and did not try to sell me more than I needed.
