Description of Work: The man who came was late, I bought the part based on what the owner told me but the plumber on the phone the day before. The man who came said it was wrong. He had part in truck and wanted to charge me for it with mark up and take the one I bought. Would not guarantee part. Sealed the shower plat but screw is not in properly. Did not want to pull the plate back off to fix.

Description of Work: They came on a Sunday evening, when I couldn't get anyone else out. |I had a severely backed-up drain & sewer pipe, all the way to the main connection to Tucson Water in the street. Everything got rooted out, pronto! They even gave me some advice about a foaming-root killer I can use to cut down or eliminate these emergencies -- and I haven't had that problem since.

 + 0 moreHe has always been extremely prompt and we have used him four or five times. He comes out and has done a variety of plumbing jobs for us. He hasn't installed anything but has worked mainly on sewer lines and clogging issues. I will use him again in the future.

 + -1 moreI called, the plumber picked up the correct part, arrived and installed it. I was very pleased with the service and the price. I plan on having Mr. B's be my regular plumber.
Description of Work: My irrigation valve was leaking. Tucson Water turned it off when they turned my main water supply back on so I would not be wasting water and money. However, I was only going to be at my house in Tucson for a week and didn't want to go home with no irrigation. Mr. B's had me check the manufactured of the valve so he's know what to purchase at the part store. Then he came out with exactly the valve I needed and installed it.
