Did an excellent job fixing the leak.

Norm did a difficult under-kitchen sink repair that I could not do myself, then on a follow up helped with an presssurized toilet system and has ordered parts for leaky bathroom faucets for me.

I had used him twice before. Each time a new plumber came because he had fired the last one. their work had been satisfactory. I called him and he made and appointment to come over the next day to give me an estimate. He never showed.

It was challenging. Filter had to be repaired with new parts .Filter underneath was difficult to remove. Mr. B did excellent job!!!

Mr. B showed up as planned. New water heater installed.

Norman called 1/2 hour ahead said he could be at my house early. Yay! He identified the problem right away and fixed it quickly. He's very professional and personable.

He and his helper were there a little before 6.30a. Worked straight through till they got done, about 12.30p. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Answering all questions with understandable explainations. When you find a skilled professional, you pass his name around to family and friends. Norm is the real deal. My family has found our service plumber!

Norman came out the same day. He explained what he would do and the causes of the problem. Very detailed. Norman takes care of buisiness. He's a nice guy to!

Very well. We called, he came, explained everything plus answered questions we had about other things, fixed the pump and was gone.

Norm was able to help on the day I called, which I greatly appreciated! Since our house has been remodeled, the sewer lines have been modified over time. Norm took time to thoroughly diagnose the problem to determine exactly where the blockage was located. He removed the blockage by taking his "snake" up on the roof of the house. The work was done quickly and professionally. Norm seems very knowledgable and I was comfortable having him perform the work. I would definitely call him again.

It was a very complex job. It took a day and half to track down the problem. It wasn't in or near the kitchen sink which was the only place in the house where the water would not drain. It was 70 feet away. He only charged for about two hours work. He also gave me an estimate for a hot water heater replacement which I accepted and scheduled the work.

I called Mr. B’s just after 7AM and we lucked out, he was able to come by on the way to another job and was at our house within the hour. Norm took the time to ask the right questions and diagnose the problem properly, which meant that his time at our home was limited. He solved the problem quickly and when doing so, explained what he was doing and why. We have quite a few small children in the house and toys tend to find their way into the plumbing lines every so often, so I am not new to this problem. What was amazing was that Mr. B’s charged me just $113 for the service, less than half of the previous company we called for the exact same problem.

Norm is EXCELLENT! And very reliable. He has been my go-to plumber for the past 10 years and and always asks questions about the problem before he comes out; he wants to save me the cost of a trip if its something easy to fix. I give Mr. B's Plumbing my highest recommendation!

I used the info on Angie's List to find a plumber with high ratings. After calling many, their prices were ridiculously high and charged much more since I needed them quickly. Then I called Mr. B's Plumbing, and he was able to squeeze me into his schedule without charging extra for immediate service. He was punctual, and exceptionally professional. It was apparent that he was a master of his trade. The bill was fair and an added plus was my dog fell in love with him.

I spoke at length with the owner over the phone twice as well as with the technician when he arrived. At no point did anyone feel it was necessary to tell me that they don't install dishwashers. I did not find out that the dishwasher wasn't included until the guy was finished and the dishwasher wasn't hooked up. With all the times I said the words DISHWASHER and INSTALL both over the phone and in person, I would think that SOMEONE could have mentioned that it would not be included! Had I known this, I would have called someone else. I am a busy person and I feel that my time was wasted by getting the job only partially done. I had to leave work early, not to mention pay for a service call for an incomplete job. Now I have to find someone else and pay them a service call plus labor to come and finish the job. If you don't install dishwashers, if that is not considered a plumbing item (?), fine. But at least be up front about it and don't waste my time!

Water heater leak was corrected.

This was somewhat of an emergency call, they came the next morning. They had been recommended by another plumbing company. As the house was built in the 1960's, I did not have a ground level clean out. They suggested they dig to the clean out that was originally buried by the builder. Which they did and put in a clean out. Cleared my drains and cleaned up. I was completely happy with their work, customer service, and price. I would recommend them highly.

He was great. I went with them because they had an Angie's List coupon. The one who came out was great, very professional. He was really prompt. He called before he got here. He gave an estimate of time and actually showed up about 5 minute early.

They came out the next day and did the work. The repair was excellent and I have already used them again since then. The plumber installed fittings so that I could do it myself the next time which I really appreciate since I don't know how to solder copper tubing.

He was very thorough and I would hire him again.
