Mr. B was conscientious, nice, and true to his estimate for service even when the amount of work in repairing the pipes for the washing machine proved to be a little more than expected. He admitted to not being a carpenter, so seemed just a little out of his league when it came to cutting away the drywall in the garage to access piping--something I'm pretty sure plumbers must run into with some regularity, so I was a little surprised by this. But he was forthcoming and honest, and I appreciated that. When finished, all the plumbing worked as it should,. His price was fair and reasonable, and he was true to his estimate. Mr. B was fair and honest, and he stands behind his work.

i called mr. b because a competitor company came to fix my sewer line. that company told me my septic was seven feet down! and related cost to repairs because of the depth was $2500. mr. b came out personally when i called him. he told me the tank was less than five feet down and that the competitor lied about it?.saved me a lot of money.

Went very well. They were punctual, meticulous and polite. Did a great job.

The technician arrived when he said he would. He got right to work and was finished in the time he had estimated. I was very pleased with the work.

They didn't show up for the scheduled appointment and didn't call to cancel.

It was okay. They came and they did okay work. I called them for another thing and they never responded. The first time, it was okay. I scheduled him to come and he came not exactly when he said would but it was close enough.

Plumber made a mistake and Mr.B informed me right away. They fixed the mistake at their expense. Honesty goes a long way with me.

These guys were great. Line was cleared then backed up again. They came right back out within 2 hours of my call.

Called 7AM with plugged main line shutting down two bathrooms. Dispatcher was professional, took my information, and said he'd try to get someone there within the hour. Maynard arrived an hour later. He was friendly and professional, and after I explained the situation he described the options and cost. We chose a simple line reaming, and he set to work. The plug was freed only about ten feet in, but at my request he stayed (within the hour minimum we were paying for) to clean out the line nearly until the septic tank, just in case there was an object in the line as we suspected. I'm very pleased with the service. Rate was in line with market.

I sent this supplier a message on Angies list 8/4/13. Still no response by E-mail or telephone on 08/18/13.

I called at 6:10 pm to request a service call. Maynard of Mr.B's called about 10 minutes later to confirm my location and service requested. Maynard and the truck showed up around 6:50. He assessed the situation, removed a stubborn hose and irrigation timer, and tapped the line - all by 7:05. (He also reattached the hose so I could manually water until I had an irrigation specialist replace the irrigation timer.) Expensive: yes. Relief at professional and efficient service and having water flowing in my home again: woo woo!

It went well. I will use Norm for all my plumbing needs.

It was fixed in less than half an hour. Had the part on his truck. Receipt without a break down of parts and labor. Came to $175 or more than $350 an hour.

We are new to Tucson, and discovered a serious sewer line problem in the house we just bought. When we discovered our drain backing up, we called Norm on recommendation from a neighbor. We could not have been happier with the job he did. The issue was that our main sewer line had collapsed, due to very thin piping and careless backfilling that had been done by another contractor for the previous owners sometime in the past. Norm responded quickly, and was exceptionally careful and thorough in his assessment. He used a camera to scope out the entire line. The point of collapse had to be dug out and replaced. I watched as the pipe was uncovered, and what Norm had been expecting from the symptoms was exactly what we found... thin, easily compressible schedule 20 PVC piping, and a large rock in the backfill that had crushed the pipe from the top. Analysis with the camera of the rest of the line showed additional cracks down the line, a ticking time bomb, so we decided to replace the entire line. Norm and his crew did the work in the most effective and careful way imaginable. They used top grade materials (schedule 40 ABS & fittings), and took great care in refilling the trench once the line was replaced. The entire job was done in two days, with our sewer line service restored after the first couple of hours. One day the driveway was completely unearthed, and the next day the job was done, the driveway looking like it had never happened. All personnel were polite and respectful, and the total price was very fair -- they actually came in under estimate. We were very satisfied, and would not hesitate to call Mr. B's again.

He will come up the next day and have the problem fixed in an hour. He is quick and convenient to deal with. He is friendly. He fixed the issue and he was real qualified. He had a lot of experience so it didn't take him very long. Price was pretty good and I think it was probably hundred bucks cheaper than the next person.

Overall, it took longer than I expected but parts were a problem, which is no one's fault.

We were very pleased with his work, which consisted of repairing mistakes made by some remodeling that was done recently. He shared his expertise with us and explained what he found and gave us some good advise on all our plumbing questions. I was also pleased to find out that he did not charge us for the time spent answering questions or for the few minutes he spent working on the master bath problem. I will definitely use his services in the future.

The plumber came when he said he would (and called as he was on his way), assessed what needed to be done, and did it pleasantly, answering questions along the way in a friendly fashion.

Master controller was broken on my water heater. He came out the same day and finished in a couple of hours. (Including the time he took to go and purchase my new water heater.) He even saved me money and didn't charge me the difference for the high efficiency model. He did ask how I had heard about him, and I did tell him Angie's List... but he didn't give me the discount. However, I also neglected to print out the coupon... So word to the wise, have your coupon in hand. While the work was done well and efficiently, I can see how he might rub someone the wrong way. His personality was gruff and he likes to point out that he's saving you money (again and again). He also HATES Whirlpool... and you WILL hear about it. However, that said, I would probably still use him in the future, because for me, time and money are more important than whether I'd want to have a beer with the guy.

The experience was good but the price and quality were average. They were responsive and I would use them in the future because he did come back when we did have some issues.

We had an emergency, and they came right out. They were very good.
