Master Clean Group

The crew appeared to do a great job but on closer inspection there were some issues. When I contacted Nermin and explained the concerns we had he immediately arranged to come by and correct the problems. We would definitely use this service again but we would inspect everything before the crew leaves.

Nermin was incredibly professional, prompt, efficient. We were amazed at the quality of work they did in such a short time. We definitely will use them again in the future.

They were scheduled to arrive at noon, but called just before that time to let me know they would be about an hour late. They arrived within the hour. We walked through the house as I told them what was needed. Estimated time was 3 hours. I arrived back after two and a half hours just as they called to let me know they were done. The bathrooms sparkled, the oven looked as if it had never been used and the windows/ floors etc. looked absolutely clean. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for good, quality service.

I am embarrassed to say this work was done in the spring, and I am just now getting around to doing the review. I am not even sure about the price (or date) at this point. But, what ever it was, we all felt like it was worth it. We were visiting my Mother for two weeks and she needed a lot of work done in her yard. It was one of those weeks with record or near record highs in April, so we sure didn't want to do the work - plus we did not have the tools. She had saved at least three flyers that came in/on her mailbox. We called all three, only one answered. That person said they would come, but never did. So decided to try Angie's List. We called Master Clean because they do house work also, and thought we might want to try that sometime. Nermin returned my call that same day, came out the next day as promised, and gave us an estimate. That in itself was enough to make us want to hire him! When Nermin and his crew came out, our whole family was there, scrutinizing every step of the way, asking them to do this and then do that. My husband and I both work in the yard a lot in Atlanta, Ga., but know nothing about trimming dessert plants - however, we know a good job when we see it. We were so impressed with their work! For example, we asked them to trim this bushy weed looking thing (that my mother wanted to keep because it blocked some utility line in the back yard), and when they were finished, it looked like a little tree - and we all liked it! They weeded (some of these weeds had grown up in the middle of some of the cacti), raked the rocks, and just generally cleaned up her entire yard. We are planning on having them do her yard at least 2x a year. Just couldn't be more pleased.

The crew of three women showed up as scheduled, checked with me on what I wanted cleaned and what I didn't, and got to work. They brought professional equipment and supplies, worked without stopping, and asked when they had questions. In 3 hours they covered the whole house, including inside and out of several of the windows, something I had not asked for but was grateful to have done. The house was spick and span, they finished on time, and my husband and I are both delighted.

I use a cleaning service about 4 times a year. I keep a fairly tidy home, however, with guests coming in for the 4th of July weekend, I wanted my home to look extra good and clean! They showed up later than scheduled, however, they were done in 2 hours. 3 Ladies showed up who were professional, and quick! I was disappointed because the last two companies i have used in the past had very poor customer service, even though their cleaning was good (both i found on Angie's List and both have A ratings). Nermin was good about communication and checked to see how they did after they were done. Excellent. I will use Master Clean group again in the future and feel that they were worth every penny!

There were 3 women who showed up RIGHT on time. They asked if there was anything special we wanted done and to be shown the house. My boyfriend then left to go to work for the day and left them to do the same. I received a call about 3.5 hours later to say they were almost done so we went home to look over their work. Let me just say, they did an AMAZING job! I have had cleaners before and they have never come close to doing the amount of work these ladies did. They got EVERYTHING. I have never seen my house so clean before! Their attention to detail was outstanding and they did far more than I was expecting (like filling and running the dishwasher and cleaning all doors, both sides to name a couple)! This was just going to be a one time deal (we have some family coming to visit) but now I want to be set up on a regular cleaning schedule. Their prices were very reasonable especially for all that was done. (I'm guessing that future visits won't take quite as long and the rate becomes even lower so don't let the cost of service throw you off...it was worth every penny). Even when I clean I don't do as thorough of a job as they did! Additionally the ladies were pleasant and Nermin was easy to get a hold of to schedule the cleaning and he was able to get me right in the following business day! There was a small issue, which I don't want to discuss in detail, because it did not take away from the work that was performed. I only mention it because it was handled well after the fact. As a courtesy I was contacted by Nermin to see how the cleaning went and we discussed the issue and he was very apologetic and continued to thank me for the feedback and for my business. Great customer service trumps a mistake any day. I'm excited to have them back out again...there is nothing like coming home to a clean house after a long day of work! Thank you MCG! P.S. I saw they do yard work and will be scheduled with them for that as well...I have high hopes!

Nermin and his crew are very good at completing the job they have been hired to perform. We initially hired the Master Cleaning Group to clean our house as we are both full time (plus much overtime) workers and were tired of spending our weekends straightening and cleaning our home. We had them perform thorough cleaning of all of the floors in our house (2500 sq ft.), clean three bathrooms, and the kitchen. They even went as far as cleaning the inside windows, the front entry way and the laundry room area. The job they did was thorough and complete. It was absoultely great to come home to such a clean house. We liked their first cleaning that we requested to be put on a monthly schedule for cleaning. The second time they did just as great of a job. When our regular landscaper was backed up with summer jobs we remembered that Nermin also provides landscaping and outside debris removal services. We called Nermin for an estimate of what we needed to have done and he was out by weeks end to give us a quote. We decided to go with him and his staff because they were very competitive with their pricing. The good news was that they could be out as early as that Monday to complete the job. Just to give you an idea of what landscaping work we had Master Clean perform on our acre of land: all of the dead/dying prickly pear removed, two large bushes removed, 3 large holes dug (this is important because our property consists of caliche) for incoming trees/plants, 5x2 area of brush and dead foliage by the pool removed, and cleanup. We will continue to use Master Clean for our house cleaning and if we should ever have a need for landscaping work/removal when our landscaper is too busy.

They were wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone. They were extremely reliable and really good ethics. We’re moving and he brought in a crew and just totally and thoroughly cleaned our house from top to bottom to prepare us for lifting.

Nermin was and is very professional, responsive, and thorough. His team does an excellent job as well!

They arrived only slightly late, but called ahead to notify us. They were very polite and efficient, and did an excellent job. It took much less time that originally estimated on the phone, and they only charge us for the time spent. I highly recommend them.

Nermin arrived on time with the crew, and we went around the house while I pointed out the various items I wanted them to focus on, and then I left. I returned after a couple of hours to see how the job was going, and found the group hard at work. We walked through the house after they were done, and I was quite impressed with the quality of the results: every square inch of the previously dusty walls, sills, windows, fan blades/motors, counter tops, trim, and the floor were clean. The hard water lines in the toilets were gone, as were hard water spots in the showers and sinks. The quality of the work they did was quite good, and I will be hiring them again.

I called MCG yesterday about some hauling to be done and Nermin and his crew showed up bright and early the next morning to give me an estimate. I agreed to the price and they went to work and loaded up the debris right away. Nermin gave me an MCG business card when he arrived and I noticed they also did tree removal so I asked for a quote to remove a large ash tree. Nermin quoted me a very fair price and said they could also take care of it right away. They set to work on the tree and within a couple of hours it was gone, the roots were cut and removed, and the stump was removed to well below surface level. Then Nermin and his crew hauled some pea gravel from the old play area and spread it where the tree was to cover the dirt. Nermin and his crew were professional, hard working, friendly and polite, and they left the work area nice and clean. I will definitely call Nermin again for other clean-up projects. I was more than pleased with the service he provided.

The Team arrived on time and after getting some special instructions went right to work. They needed no supervision and worked quickly and efficiently. When they were done it was like moving into a brand new house. Every thing was dusted and clean including the counter tops, stove, top of refrigerator, behind appliance's. They also cleaned and washed the tile floors. They cleaned thd sliding glass door to the patio inside and outside. They did a fantastic job. When I need housecleaning done again, the Master Clean Group will be the one I will call.

A team of 3 ladies came and cleaned and were VERY thorough.

I work A LOT, have 2 cats and a dog, and have no appetite for maintaining my yard (nor housecleaning). I had let it get out of control and had a guest coming to visit. Called MCG and w/in 3 days: estimate and work was complete...GREAT WORK & GREAT PRICE!! The best part is that MCG can do it all ...meaning I plan to also hire them for monthly housekeeping as well. It's nice & easy to pay a single POC who I feel deserves & appreciates my business. PROMPT | PROFESSIONAL | THOROUGH | ABOVE & BEYOND are words that come to my mind when thinking of MCG! As a customer, it was an "unexpected" DELIGHT to work with Nermin and MCG. His/their follow through, courteousness, work ethic, and professionalism were beyond any other I've worked with in the past...WAY BEYOND (no joke!...it's a clear and noticeable difference...try'em out and you'll see!!)

...Everything went as planned. They were very attentive. No accidents. I will call Nermin again for more work in the future.

They do a very thorough job, and are very conscientious about the their work. They are punctual and dependable. We use them now every other week. Highly recommended.

I cannot express how much Nermin and his family have improved out lives. This project was several years overdue because of finances. Nermin works with me to find the most affordable, effective solutions. Our wooden fence was the disgrace of the neighborhood. He figured out how to salvage what wood he could, saving us a LOT of money in fence panels. They sunk metal supports into cement, dug holes, moved dirt, painted, hammered, nailed, and I have a beautiful new redwood fence that is the pride of the neighborhood. The second day, Nermin and his helper, who was also fabulous, worked 10 hours! The flagstone patio took him less than a day and was a lot of hard work, digging, cementing and so on. Over the years, many of the flagstones had come loose and I was afraid someone would get hurt.Always shows up on time, always cheerful, always helpful. Takes good care of us and we thank God for him and his family. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

Nermina and her mother are always wonderful. Sometimes Nermin, the big brother comes along, but the housecleaning is mostly his sister and mom. Nermin generally does repair projects. I found them here on Angie's List a year or so ago, and am so very glad I did. This company is so good to us! They clean this house as if it were their own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, they always show up on time, they are friendly and sweet and I don't know how we ever got along without them. They have improved our lives. I am on permanent disability and my husband works full time, we have two dogs that shed and visiting grandchildren. I have been through several housekeepers that charged more, did less, and took longer to not do it! I am not the easiest person to please, and I don't even tell them what to do anymore, I just go into another room and let them take over. I am always very happy. Also, they are extremely trustworthy. In the past, we have hidden various things from other workers and never even think of it anymore. Master Clean Group never complains about any mess. They remove the couch cushions and vacuum up all the mystery crumbs that settle up, take up the kitchen rug and wash the floor, and do lots of little extras, like organizing the shoes in my closet. I wish I could afford them every day instead of once a month. Plus they like our dogs. You cannot go wrong hiring these people.

Nermin and his team did a great job cleaning up a large property that had been neglected for a few years. The first time, they did the front of the property.They did such a nice job on that project that we asked him to come back and tackle the even more challenging back areas of the property. They did an excellent job. They were fast, reliable, on-time, and very reasonable.

My experience with Master Clean Group was phenomenal. Between business travel and a loss in the family my housekeeping went down the drain- but my home is now cleaner than it was last time I scrubbed up! Nermin phoned me back personally to schedule my cleaning and when he arrived, he brought two more team members. They were right on time, very happy to work around me doing laundry and getting some paperwork finished, and came in exactly on par with the quote I was given. There was fabulous attention to detail, lots of care taken with the collectables in the game room, thoroughness which included things I hadn't even noticed until they sparkled clean- AND- some kind of magic was worked in my master bath positively renewing my shower!!! Pardon all the exclamation marks, but I am so impressed and really delighted~~!!! I cannot emphasize how fantastic my experience was with Master Clean Group. Above tidy, beyond clean- they truly renewed my house~ they even changed a lightbulb for me in the kitchen when they cleaned the fixtures. I'm excited to put my money where my mouth is and contract for regular cleaning while recommending them wholeheartedly.

Nerman was responsive to phone calls; team arrived when they promised and cleaned in quick time; Nerman took me through the house before and after the cleaning to be sure they did all I wanted them to do. Highly recommend this service.

Nermin and his crew were wonderful! They got here on time and were done very quickly. They did exactly what I asked for and left the area clean and so much better than before. I would highly recommend them for any project. very professional!

After using these folks two times, I can recommend them without reservation. In fact, a regular schedule has been arranged for their return. Efficient, trustworthy and personable. We are very pleased.
