Master Clean Group

We rely on them! Have had some bad experiences with other companies but Nermina and her mother are wonderful. They have been coming here for years now. Always accommodating, and are willing to work around our schedule if something unexpected happens. I am unable because of back injuries to do many things that are never a problem to these helpers. Nermina always asks if there is something special that needs to be done this time. We have two dogs so there are hair and other issues you get with pets. My ladies know what needs to be done and just do it. The house looks so lovely when they are done. I wish I would afford to have them here every day. Their cleaning products smell lovely and never damage surfaces. We have some things that would need to be locked away if other workers came here but with Nermina and her mother, we don't even give it a second thought. I have recommended them to people who are very happy with their services. We are so blessed to have them in our lives.

Nermin and his crew did an outstanding job and exceeded our expectations. We were moving into a new home and I needed the jobs completed quickly. I only gave Nermin two days to pull everything together and get all the projects completed before we moved into our new home, which included the crew to work over a weekend. Nermin didn't complain once, he just focused on the task at hand and took control and did the job right. Everything was perfect the day we moved into our new home and we couldn't be more grateful to Nermin and his crew. We will be hiring Master Clean Group to do additional projects in our home in the upcoming weeks and we will definitely recommend Master Clean Group to all our friends, family, and our new neighbors. Great work made easy by one stop shop

Needed a contractor for a one time yard cleanup before we sell our house and Nermin was great! He was very quick with the estimate, gave us an amazing rate working within our budget, and had the work complete the next day! When I had one small thing that wasn’t done quite to my expectations, he immediately responded and sent someone back out to fix it for no charge. I would work with this company again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

I have a new favorite company. The three cleaners, Lourdes, Marta and Irene showed up and cleaned our home from top to bottom. They moved things that no other cleaning crew has ever done to make sure everything was thorough. They were very pleasant and seemed to enjoy their job. This is the third company that I have used through Angie’s and by far my favorite.

The cleaning ladies were thorough and professional. Our house sparkled when they finished!

These three women did a fantastic job. My dad is elderly and cant clean anymore. These women came in and used a ladder to thoroughly clean the windows. They dusted the blinds so they were like new. They also cleaned the fridge really well. Very hard working and they pleased my very hard to please dad!!! They scrubbed the bathroom tub very well. Fantastic work done!

I've used them for years for house cleaning and I'm pleased. I just started using them for yard work, and that is going very well.

90% satisfied. Pros: They even cleaned the rooms I told them not to worry about if they didn't have time. They were able to remove a tub stain that I had given up on. My cats weren't freaked out while they were here and the ladies didn't leave any exterior doors open. The three of them accomplished a ton in 2 hours!! After they left, all I had to do was put in new trashbags and put the trashbags they removed into the trashcan. Cons: I was a bit frustrated with their reorganization of our Masterbath sinktop in that I had to hunt in the medicine cabinet and the vanity drawers and cabinet to locate my stuff. After the glass doors dried in the Masterbath, there was still soap scum and calcium deposits at the bottom. It didn't appear that they wiped down the subway tile backsplash or the cabinet exteriors in the kitchen. I also received an email invoice from them after their visit, when I had already paid directly through Angie's list before the scheduled cleaning.

They were unable to schedule the dates I needed my cleaning 3 weeks in advance. I had to use another service.

Did a great job - would hire again!

Purchased Angie's List "coupon" for services, providing schedule needed for work. Days after requested schedule had past, someone finally called to "schedule work". If my requested schedule was not available, why not have someone contact to discuss the day of purchase? After not hearing from Master Clean, canceled service and purchase, and used another vendor.

The team that works on my house are very good, very professional and always leave the house looking spotless. They are on time and they have all of their own equipment and cleaning solutions. They are also very nice and want to make you happy. I can usually get an appointment with them pretty easily too! I highly recommend them!

It was better. It was a different crew. The first time I had them was on a Friday, this time was a Wednesday.

It was fine. I already am using them again. They were here last week. They are pretty thorough at cleaning house. Three people came to clean my home. There were no communication issues. I already have told my friends about them. I would refer them. There is nothing that I can think of that they need to improve.
