Master Clean Group

The staff are such hard workers, by the time they were done I was practically in tears at the transformation my home had undergone!! I hired Master Clean completely unknown from their Angie's List information for both yard work and interior cleaning (part of what drew me to their listing is that they provide both). I needed a lot of work done quickly to meet a home inspection deadline, and being disabled by an accident I had, in recent years, fallen behind on my home's upkeep and cleanliness. I was unsure, really, what I needed and how much time it would take and was pleased and relieved that Nermin and his capable staff really took the reins and in the end accomplished more than I'd even planned, imagined or anticipated! I would, and will, use them again. The staff worked in teams of three, making the price reasonable. I thought I might be overwhelmed by so many people working at once in my home, but they were very professional and unobtrusive, worked very independently and without needing direction, but were open to and responsive to any direction I did give. I feel lucky to have found them when I did and would recommend them highly.

This is the second year Nermin and crew have done both inside cleaning and landscape services, Each job was completed in a timely, professional manner. It is nice to have someone who can do a variety of different jobs and maintains good communication.

Everything has been perfect.. They are on time , do a fantastic job , cleaning everything including things I did not have to ask for! Aplus rating on everything !!

We had both the housekeeping service (3 workers for 5 hours) and yard service (3 workers for 2 hours) during the same week. Both were initial visits so involved cleanup and therefore as expected took longer than a regular maintenance service call. We were very pleased with both work teams that came and the quality of the work completed, and have set up twice monthly ongoing services with this company for both yard and home. Housecleaning was for a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home of approximately 2400 sq. ft., mostly tiled floors with some carpeting. We also have both dogs and cats. The cleaners were very thorough, asked what we would like done, and did more than asked. The yard work included pruning one large tree as well as some smaller palm trees, many smaller bushes, mowing lawn, spraying weeds, raking etc. They are returning to trim a very tall palm as part of their next visit. The workers were all neat in appearance and professional, worked steadily along, and were organized. Their fees are appropriate for the kind of services they provide.

After more than 15 years of disappointing experiences with so-called landscapers and yard clean up crews in this town, I didn't really expect to be pleased. But I did hope for an adequate job that at least got all the weeds cut down without any windows being broken by weed-whacker projectiles. I was shocked when I saw the clean-up Master Clean Group did. Every weed was GONE! The entire yard all the way around the house was beautifully trimmed, raked, and all debris was removed. It far exceeded my expectations. The owner recommended an affordable approach to effectively keep the weeds under control and the yard mowed. They are now coming out regularly on a maintenance plan. I love these guys! They are professional, courteous, and they do what they say they will do---efficiently and well. Master Clean prices are very competitive, especially compared to what I've paid in the past for what was essentially pretty shoddy work. I've always felt ripped off in some way by yard cleanup crews I've used in the past, but Master Clean Group left me feeling like I got more than my money's worth. This is a really well-run company with conscientious people who personify a great work ethic.

I called Nermin on Friday morning to see if he could send a team to clean up dust during a remodel. The following morning bright and early he had a two person team at my house. They went straight to work and had everything completed within a couple of hours. It moved the project forward so we were able to start painting that day. Very nice team of hard workers!

The price quoted was reasonable, they showed up when promised and performed all services I had requested. They hauled away numerous loads of yard trimmings and various other items. They removed a very a very large mesquite stump. They also removed some cactus that was not part of the original estimate at no additional charge. I am very pleased with work done and would use them again

Fantastic experience working with this provider, Nermie was punctual and professional. He and his team arrived at the house and went straight to work. They did a beautiful job cleaning up the yard, trimming trees and cactus. They hauled away all the trimmings and raked the area clean. We are very happy with the Master Clean Group and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My mom was moving into a house in Oro Valley, AZ and we wanted it cleaned before she moved in. The cleaning crew of 3 women came on time and did a thorough cleaning. They vacuumed all rugs, cleaned the stove, refrigerator, both bathrooms and all sinks and tubs. They mopped the kitchen floor; they even cleaned behind the refrigerator. The oven and stove top were quite dirty before the cleaning, and they shined afterwards. They did a very good job and I would recommend them.

Nermin's team was very professional and courteous. They even arrived early, ready to get started. After confirming the details of what we wanted, they got right to work. The house looks great! The price was reasonable for the size of the house and the quality of the work, which included carpet cleaning. Nermin was very easy to work with and I would definitely recommend Master Clean Group to anyone who was interested in a professional, quality cleaning crew.

Came early, four woman cleaned excellent. Everything was spotless. They cleaned things I didn't even ask. Wonderful service would hire again. Even cleaned windows inside and out.

The Team arrived a little bit late, but only after telling me of their late arrival by phone due to a previous job that ran long. I was fine with this professional approach. They were easy to deal with and did what I believe to be as great a job as could be done. This was a top to bottom clean of a home that was vacated by a renter who had a large shedding dog and never touched a mop, broom, vacuum, or cleaning rag. The renter never even used the self cleaning stove and the stove now shines and stands tall. I have other rentals and I am so pleased that I cannot wait to call them again. They also provide carpet steam cleaning along with tile and grout cleaning and I will engage them for this service early next week. I have used many services before and these folks blew my socks off with quality. Each of the cleaning people on were friendly and diligent.

It went very well and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Arrived & planned the job, each worked an area and "worked Smart" & efficiently Great teamwork with good humor and even some singing...4 energetic & attentive folks made the place fresher & brighter in only 4 1/2 hours and hauled away the carpet too.

Let me make it perfectly clear that Nermin was on vacation. If he had been here I am positive the results would have been different. He is the only reason I did not give an F. House #1 I admit was pretty bad to begin with. The cleaning crew came in and started cleaning. They looked exhausted for such an early hour and one person said this was a lot of work. They wanted to finish so they could go on their vacation or trip or something like that. I had to leave to another commitment and I let them do their thing as I did on previous jobs they have done for me. Then we met them at house #2 and they cleaned there too. This one was much easier. I again left and let them clean. The next day I checked the cleaning on both houses. House number 2 was ok. Not up to their normal work but it was just ok. They cleaned it and made it shine. When I went back to house number 2. Wow! Instead of trying to remember it all I will show you the letter I wrote to Nermin. Good morning Nermin. Thank you for the follow up call. I already mailed the check so I can't change the discount. I did not tell you everything yesterday. They left almost all windows unlocked. I evicted tenants from there and if they got back in, I would have to evict again. Items were left in the different rooms that should have been thrown away. If they had a question if it was trash, then all items should have been brought to one spot. I found candy(still wrapped) laying in a back closet. There was a set of keys and trash next to it in a window sill. The refrig was filthy and I have to go back to clean it. The floor was mopped but did not get the dirt. If dirt is obvious it should have been cleaned. Not just wiped leaving the dirt in place. I understand they were tired and it was a difficult job, but that is what I thought I was paying for. I cannot move new tenants into that. Now I must clean it myself anyway. I should not have to pay twice to have it cleaned. I expected better results from you guys. Previous cleanings were great. The other house they cleaned the same day was ok but even there they did not wipe down the top of cabinets and I found a wad of gum in the center of the kitchen floor that was mopped over but not removed. This was not good at all. It was not up to your usual standards. Kristi After I wrote that letter, Nermin came back and personally had them correct the cleaning errors I had pointed out in house #2. But after they left I found more. Nobody cleaned the walk in pantry. Food was dripped on the walls and floor. A closet in the hall was not touched and it was filthy. I received a discount but what I wanted was to have someone come in and do a total clean where I did not have to follow behind. I was very disappointed. I was too busy as it was to have to deal with all of that.

MasterClean is my go-to company for cleaning, in and out. I can't say enough great things about Nermin and his crew. They're responsive, professional, and they get the job done well and quickly. Stop researching and just hire them!

The Master Clean Group is a very good company. They cleaned the entire house, followed all of my specifications and went beyond my expectations. I would recommend this company.

I discovered MasterClean when my Realtor recommended them to clean our newly purchased home before we moved in. They brought 5 people and cleaned everything inside and out, including the windows, in less than four hours. After that, we hired them to come every other week. They are very reliable. Three people come and it costs us $65 an hour for the three. It takes them two hours to do the house from one end to the other. They do a great job.

Everything went fine. Cleaned all the areas I requested.

We've been using them for around three months. They are very prompt, professional, and do quality work. We ask for the same people, and they've sent the same four ladies each time. The owner was really responsive and has called to make sure that we were happy with the service.

They were way too high priced. They were triple the amount than everybody else.

I've been using the Master Clean Group for my bi-weekly house cleaning for several months now. Through the last 20 years I've used a variety of services from the independent cleaning person to the know larger franchises. Master Clean Group is a small local company that appears to do both commercial and residential cleaning via a few small crews in the Tucson area. For my home a team of three for two hours each time (6 person hours) bi-weekly does a great job of cleaning my home. So far I've continued to have the same people come to my home and the quality of work they do exceeds anyone else I've ever had. I am very pleased and continue to use them. I also find Nermin, the owner, to be very customer oriented and responsive to any needs, questions, or concerns. I'd recommend to all.
