Excellent. The crew of 3 wonderful ladies got righ to work. My coup was for 12 hours of cleaning (4 hours with a crew of 3). They finished my home in 3 hours 45 minutes and as always did an excellent job. So great in fact - I'm having them clean my home on a monthly basis. Well worth checking them out. This was the second time via Angie's List that MCG has cleaned my house. They are fantastic at post-construction home cleaning.

The crew was tired and the manager kept telling us that we did not purchase enough time to clean the house. The crew did not like having to come out to Vail, AZ. Although they did a good job cleaning what they could in 1 hour.

They did a thorough job. Very impressed.

3 cleaners clean for 1 hr 45 minutes for $130 (that's just under $25/manhour). Very competitive pricing compared to others we've tried. Nermin is very responsive via email and proactive on scheduling. Cleaners are punctual (unlike other cleaners we've tried), super friendly and polite. We don't always get the same crew, but service is always good. We usually leave the house while they clean. Very happy with their service and integrity.

I have continued to have them come by every few of weeks to install plantings and keep the weeds down. They work fast and hard. I am amazed at how much they can accomplish in an hour. I don't know how their actual landscaping skills are, because I can't afford that level of work. I buy some plants here and there and they put them in for me where I think they should go. They do help me decide and offer advice.

Excellent job- I enjoy sitting on my patio again! They spent extra time to finish the job.

We just moved to Arizona and immediately had some construction done on the house and the windows were D I R T Y! Gabe and Will arrived on time and set right to work. The deal was for 20 panes and we have 22 on the first floor and Gabe threw the extra 2 panes in at no charge. I would definitely hire Gabe again - in fact as soon as we are done unpacking he'll be coming back to clean the upstairs windows.

Excellent! Master Clean Group sent out three very professional housecleaners who did an amazing job. My property is now spotless and ready for my new tenant. They also cleaned and polished the floors. I highly recommend this company.

The front and back yard now looks wonderful.

Arrived on time. Listened to what I wanted. Went to work. Finished on time. Cleaned up. Bagged debris. Took it away. The work went very well. Probably better than I expected. Fairly priced. I recommend them.

They were almost 45 minutes late which wasn't a problem until they tried to charge for an extra hour. Work was complete, average results. Took forever for the carpet to dry and had an odor which was fixed with fabreeze.

Two men came and while one weed eated in the front the other mowed in the back. I also had them move some thorny mesquite branches in to a pile for later pick up. They worked fast and finished my good sized city yard in 2 hours. They also sprayed the front to kill grass and weeds growing in the gravel and will return after 2 weeks to respray and finish but that will cost another $75.00. The spray is expensive.

Amazing! The home we purchased was so dirty it took multiple visits and the ladies alway made sure everything met with our approval. It was like walking into a different house when they were done. They were so good I requested Cassidy's team for regular cleaning and Dawn is so easy to work with while scheduling. She defines the word flexibility.

My house sparkles! The three ladies of Team A did an excellent job! They were very professional and hard working and detail oriented. They were also very pleasant and polite. They worked non stop without chit chat and accommodated all my requests. I am very pleased with this company and would definitely use them again. The work took a bit longer than what was estimated on the phone, but they asked me if I wished for them to continue passed the estimated time and since I could see how efficiently they were working, I was happy to pay for the extra couple of hours it took to finish. I highly recommend this company and have already called them to come back for garage cleaning as well.

We have had our yards cared for at two different homes by Master Clean. We are very please with work completed. I was very impressed with how much was completed in the period of time.

Nermin showed up in a timely manner and he and his crew (two additional men) did a very good job. They removed all trash and broom swept the apartment and patio. All were very polite. I would use them again.

Excellent. The ladies know their job, have the right tools + materials, worked fast, efficiently and effectively for 2 hours. They were very friendly and considerate. And I am Very Happy with my sparkling, organized cabinets, floors, etc. I think this company offers excellent value- and they work weekends..

The three ladies (team) did a great job. They worked quickly and made sure to ask me if the work was to my satisfaction. I will definitely be using their services again. Nermin also called to ask if I was pleased with the work. Great company and customer service!

Nermin responded promptly to messages and phone calls, coordinating with my wife and me to meet and review the project. On scheduled work day, Nermin arrived first and took care of all of the hauling, disposing of bulk items in the aftermath of our move out of the house. Shortly thereafter, his cleaning crew arrived and performed a whole-house cleaning on the empty house. Kitchen and bathrooms looked great with special care taken to remove hard water stains. His team also did a good job of sweeping out the garage.

The team was on time, professional and polite. After we discussed the work, they went straight to work and completed a long list efficiently. The house looked and smelled clean. I have hired Master Clean Group several times and they have consistently provided quality service.
