Description of Work: We have used Nermin's team several times for cleaning rental properties and they have done a fantastic job every time! Thorough, careful and very reasonably priced for the quality of work. They will also do minor repairs and painting if requested.

Description of Work: We selected this company based on recommendations in Angie's List, and have been very happy with them. They do an excellent job at a very reasonable price. A crew of three cleans our 3BR/2 bath house thoroughly in about an hour. A couple of times they have come quite a bit later than expected, because of car trouble or family issues, and we have had to call, but they have always shown up before the end of the appointed day. They are also available for various special services by arrangement. We once had them carry away a large load of trash that was too big for regular city pickup.

Description of Work: It was difficult to reach Nermin to set an apponitment but the cleaning that was done was very good. The cleaning crew was very efficient and thorough. The crew showed up early, however, which sits as badly with me as showing up too late since it required me to change other plans I had made that morning.

Description of Work: Cleaned our house. They have done this about every 3-4 weeks over the last 9 months. We use them regularly.

Description of Work: The crew did as much as they could. Didn't have a ladder to access the high, high alcoves that needed vacuuming and cleaning. A good general service and fairly quick too.

Description of Work: we had a rental home cleaned by the master clean group. we went over what needed to be done and i was given an estimate on how long it would take. after having to point out a few issues that needed some additional attention we came up under time time estimate which was nice. payment was a bit complicated but eventually got itself worked out. will use them in the future for sure.

Description of Work: They clean for us every two weeks and do a fabulous job. Our house is somewhat difficult because we have 6 cats. When I called the first time and asked if they will handle the cat boxes and cat hair (because some groups would not), Nermin said, "We do whatever you want us to do." Also have used them a few times to clean up the yard and help with some gardening projects, i.e. built a small waterfall. Everything went great. They listen and try to make sure they do what you want.
