Master Clean Group

A crew of 3 women arrived at my home and began cleaning. An hour or so into it I heard a loud crash coming from my living room.. When I got there, I discovered that one of the women had knocked a glass shelf out of my small china cabinet and broken everything on that shelf , the shelf itself, and some things on the shelf below. I am an antique glass collector and the items she broke were my oldest and nicest pieces. Their boss, Nermin, who was not with them that day, agreed to knock $100 off my bill and replace the broken shelf itself (not the items on it as they are not replaceable). I really didn't have a better choice, so I agreed to it even though I was heartsick. Still I tried hard to show my good will toward my fellow man and let them come and clean my home a second time (the cleaning job itself was done well enough). On that visit they severely dented a towel bar in my master bathroom and left without telling me about it, so when they called to suddenly change my cleaning schedule for their third visit, I cancelled (by then I had found the huge dent in my towel bar). I will not be hiring his crew again.

Master Clean Group has actually cleaned at two of our tental properties so far. Each time they been on time and work very effient. I would certianly hire them again.

Four people came and they were here all day. They will now come to clean every two weeks. They are prompt, thorough, and reasonable.

Overall the team arrived right on time with a total of 4 persons (1 being the supervisor). The team was completing a move in clean for a practically empty home that we were moving into the following day. Overall I thought the cleaners were taking their time being detailed in their work, but after watching them doing their task, they were just slow. It took them 3.5 hours to complete the job which should have taken 1.5 since there was no furniture in the home. You may be asking how I know 1.5 is an accurate time, well I now use another company that does a better job and takes less time to complete the house. MCG charges by the hour so it was like they were dragging their feet to take more time to charge more money. They missed cleaning multiple areas and unfortunately I would not recommend them again. Honestly, I was surprised at the results after reading multiple good reviews about them on this site.

Contacting the company was easy and they were out to my place within days to clean it. Which was great because I had to get the house cleaned before the end of the month. Very professional and I would call them again for my housecleaning!

The whole process was seamless and the work was done as promised.

They were very helpful and was able to take the trash, it was a very quick transaction. I will use them again.

They were responsive to my requests and are particularly good at getting the high places. Just before they were to leave, I noticed a chandelier they had missed and they returned and cleaned it.

Nermin and his staff arrived on time with all the tools and equipment needed to complete the work. Nermin asked me to review their work prior to them leaving and asked me if I was satisfied with the job (which I was!). Neither my daughter nor I could be present when they conducted the work at her house, but he was kind enough to take 'before and after' photos and text message them to me for approval prior to leaving her proptery. And, best of all, the final price was exactly the amount he had quoted me! I was very pleased with both the quality of the work and the professionalism of both Nermin and his crew. This is an absolutely terrific company! They are professional, honest, and provide excellence both in the work they perform and their customer service. I would definately use their services again and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

4 family members showed up and worked non-stop for 5 hours cleaning kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms of dust and dirt that was probably 18 years years accumulation in some places. They scrubbed floors, cleaned carpets, windows, plantation shutters, and bookshelves loaded with books and nick-nacks. My windows now sparkle, the floors, counters and furniture are now clean and as close to new as possible.Dos --hire this company.Don'ts -- None.Thank you Nermin and family!!!

The person in charge of the management property was happy with the cleaning. It was part of my contract with the rental property management that I get professional cleaning service to come in and clean it. They were excellent. They were very efficient and did a very good job. They spent four and a half hours. They spent a little more time than they thought, but it wasn’t too much. It was sort of an average price in comparison to other providers. I did have an issue. They couldn’t arrive because there was a car breakdown, and they were late. I called the manager, and he found them. He got his truck, picked them up and brought them over. He made sure he responded when I called him. He was very responsive.

I called Nermin on a Friday. He was on vacation, but answered the phone anyway. Took all my information, contacted his sister for scheduling, and returned my call within 15 minutes. Scheduled a deep clean for my house the very next day. Great job! Highly recommend!!!

Nenim arrived with 3 other workers on time and they did an excellent job cleaning my rental property. I would highly recommend them.

This is an excellent group of people who are honest, kind, and extremely professional. They went above and beyond to help me with the renovations in my home, and I would use them again. They are kind of a one-stop shop, as they can do just about anything you need done around the home!

They work very well as a team and have all the tools and knowledge. They were all extremely pleasant and professional and were right on time. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Found them on Angie's list. Called and Nermin set up an appointment and cleaning with in a week's time. They arrived on time and were ready to go. Left two hours later and made I apppointments for the next four weeks. Even was able to get the time I wanted.

They were punctual and courteous and did a good job. The house is approximately 3600 sq ft and it took them about 4 hours to clean. This was just as they estimated. They were pricey, but did a good job and I was happy with their service.

They were on time, and they did well. They were suposse to have three people, but only two could show up, so they did cut the rate for us as well.

My son's girlfriend was coming into town this week-end and he needed his house cleaned ASAP. Master Clean Group was able to come out on Friday just before her arrival on Saturday. Our son showed me the 'after' photos and knowing how it looked before they did a terrific job. They stayed a bit longer than they stated they were able to stay to clean more. The photos of the bathrooms looked wonderful and much cleaner. My son felt they undercharged him a bit so he paid them extra for the hard work they did. He is planning on having them back on perhaps a monthly basis.

We are very happy with our experience with Master Clean Group. Nermin met me for an estimate, and after walking through the house, gave a very accurate estimate of how much work needed to be done, how long it would take, and what the job would cost. He and his crew showed up on time and got right to work. They worked continuously, no breaks. After they were finished I did a walk through of the house and everything looked spectacular. The windows were beautiful and everything looked and felt clean. We felt that the price was very reasonable for the amount and quality of work that was done. We would recommend this company to anybody who is in need of residential services of almost any kind!

I think it went really well. Nermin is very careful to make sure he does what you want him to so we reviewed everything (including what shape we wanted to bushes, we went with square) and they got to work. I have to say I am most happy about the stump removal. It was such an eye sore and now every trace of that thing is gone, the hole is filled in and everything is leveled out. The landscape group went the extra mile to cover up what I call "balled spots" - areas with no rocks in our yard, including where the stump was removed with rocks from other well stocked places in our yard.

Nermin arrived with his group right on time. He canvased the house with me and, after asking a number of questions, he and his group of two or three other people (can't remember, it felt like an army!) got to work. I have used other cleaning services before and this is by far the most professional due to their behavior (very business like, no chatting), their attire - they looked very crisp, like a hotel cleaning crew, and the way they managed their supplies down to the carefully folded and spotless hand towels stacked in military style precision.I felt comfortable enough to leave them alone while I went back to work and when I returned it was like a whole new home. There are certain things I never consider cleaning, like the spilled detergent that accumulates above the washing machine. The thing practically glimmers now, what a difference!

They did a very good job. They were very competent. They came right away, they were professional, and did good quality work.

These people are amazing!! My house has never been so clean - and, many years ago, I cleaned houses for a lviing! I am on disability and can't bend to do the floors, etc. I first hired them to do just the 2 bathrooms and kitchen floor. This took the 3 of them 45 minutes. Having time left, they went on to do other jobs that needed doing. This included cleaning the front door, dusting the hall and living room, polishing mirrors, and mopping the outside entryway. The company I previously tried, The Tucson Team, brought 4 people and it took them 2 hours to do what the Master Clean group did in 45 minutes with 3 people! And a much better job for less money!! They did such an excellent outstanding job that on the second visit I just turned Nermin loose and told him to do whatever he thought needed doing. Besides everything being shiny clean, the most impressive part is their attention to detail. The baseboards, hard water stains, corners, etc. all get excellent attention. His sister, Nermina, took every single thing off the top of the fridge, cleaned and put it all back the way it way. Same with all the refrigerator magnets. She is so careful with all my breakables, as is Nermin. She dusts as though my treasures are the Crown Jewels and I appreciate it. They do far more than expected and treat my house as though it is their own. Unlike The Tucson Team, the Master Clean Group is never anything except polite and nice, There is no critisism about my house or the hard water spots or anything at all. They call ahead to confirm, show up on time, work hard and do an astonishing job. My patio door is so clean that when I first walked into the room I thought the door had been left open. I am so pleased to have found this company. I have them on a regular schedule, and hope to have them in our lives for a good long time. I am so pleased. I love how clean this house looks and smells.
