Master Clean Group

Three ladies cleaned my house from top to bottom. They did vacuuming and a lot of mopping since I have all tile floors. I was amazed at how thorough they were. My kitchen in particular was spotless...even the cabinets (and I have a lot) were cleaned. It only took them 2 1/2 hours and it looked great. I would definitely recommend them.

They were punctual and worked in a timely and efficient manner. We added a few extra jobs and they were more than willing to help us out. Very nice crew.

Because we were about ready to show our house, the level of clutter was very low but the level of general accumulated dirt high. The MCG cleaned everything -- insides of stove, refrigerator, shelves, closets, shower stalls, toilets, ceiling fans in 12 foot ceilings, interior windows, mirrors, etc.. They did a great job on the Saltillo tile. Others have posted here that the house "sparkled". I agree. The family is professional, the materials they use are excellent and didn't set off allergies. I recommend them highly.

Once we moved our animals to our Tucson home, our prior service no longer wanted to service our home. We found Master Clean Group on Angies List last December. We were impressed with the first interview and have used them every 2 weeks since. Nermin, his sister Nermina and the entire staff are punctual, pleasant and totally professional. We are really pleased to have found them. Communication both by phone and email is terrific.

Went great. Quickly set up appointment, called in advance of arrival, suggested ways to improve job, quickly done.

We needed a move out cleaning for our 1900 sq ft rental house. They went over everything that they were going to do and gave me an estimate on how long it would take. I was surprised at everything they do on their typical list. It was everything I would have asked for and more! I took off and they went to work. They called and said they were done a little early so I went straight back to the house to find it sparkling! Everything looked wonderful and smelled really good, too! The biggest surprise was that they swept out the 3 car garage and mopped it! I'm very picky when it comes to cleaning and I couldn't find anything to pick on! It was all fantastic. Thank you! I would love to hire you again at our new home!

Overall, they were very professional. Nermin, his sister, and his mother, work like a well oiled team. His sister and mother did the actual cleaning, and they worked steadily and with the expertise that comes with years of experience. When they were done, they showed me a couple of leaks they found under the sinks. Very professional!!!!!!! I have now used this company twice. They have earned my loyalty! Feel safe using them for whatever you need.

They are fantastic. They are very responsive if I ask them to do something reasonable. They do beautiful work, the place just sparkles when they are finished. They're very pleasant and I just can't say enough good things about them. I feel very safe and very listened to. My standards are pretty high and they meet them. They clean the ceiling fans and dust high surfaces, picture frames, and are careful with the objects I have on display.

We were impressed with their professionalism and honesty. We take pride in our home and appreciate people who are careful in moving our furniture (when necessary.) It was a good day for all concerned. The windows are oh so clean!!

The trash pickup was scheduled for my convenience. They came and quickly loaded all of the trash. They swept out the garage. It was a painless, pleasant experience for me.

Nervin arrived on time and was able to remove my debris, etc from my garage within the hour. He swept the garage clean and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend him. He is reliable and reasonable.

The owner and assistant were on time and very efficient in removing a large pile of debris and unwanted items. They finished early and left the area level and clean. Appreciated their professionalism in completing a labor intensive job.

I've used Master Cean Group for housecleaning and have found their service to be exceptional. I was totally frustrated with the horrendous condition of our garage (not only is husband a hoarder, he's been diagnosed with dementia ). There were shelves in place but no organization and the garage floor was totally covered with stuff (good stuff, broken stuff and just plain trash) piled several feet high. After a year and a half of pleading with husband to clean out the garage (asthma and arthritis limit my ability to tackle this myself) so that our car could be pulled into the garage, the car was broken into in our driveway just days before Master Clean Group came for a scheduled housecleaning. I mentioned the car break in to Nermin, owner of Master Clean Group, and welcomed his offer to clean out and organize the garage. Nermin tackled this job methodically. He separated the stuff worth keeping from the trash which he hauled away. He raised a couple of wall cabinets and assembled a large, heavy shelf unit to fit under them. Nermin sorted and packed loose stuff in labeled storage bins, then sorted shelves according to contents of bins; ie all Christmas and other holiday decorations are together on one shelf unit. The garage floor is swept clean for the first time since we moved into this house, and there's more than ample room for the car. This job was accomplished in a couple of sessions during which Nermin worked steadily with his customary thoroughness. Most impressive of all, Nermin engaged my husband's "help" in such a way that there was none of the distress that I anticipated would result from the sorting and discarding of stuff which only husband valued. This alone was well worth the fee for this service..

It could not have gone better. The firm's owner came by and gave me a reasonable estimate the same day that I first called, and came with a helper to clean up the mess the next day.They were thorough,courteous, friendly and fast.

They arrived promptly, forgot to bring the carpet cleaning equipment and explained in detail what they were going to do. In general the whole house was cleaned very well. The exception to this was the carpet in all rooms was still dirty and looked like it had not been touched. When the workers were questioned regarding this, their reply was that they didn't have the correct vacuum cleaner with them. They had only brought a hand held vacuum which could be used to clean tile floors. One half the house is carpet and it was a distinct disappointment to have to go through house and vacuum all the carpet in all the rooms after having just paid $300 to have the house cleaned. We will not use them again.

The experience went very smoothly. Everyone showed up on time, did the work, the house looked great.

It went very well. They bring a team and they clean a very large house very fast and very thoroughly. They also have cleaned the carpet and the tile and grout. I am very pleased with the clean house that they leave. They are careful to wait until my 102 mother is out of a room before they begin to clean. They have cleaned for me every other week for about 6 months. I highly recomend them.

They arrived on time and jumped right in to the mess my last residents left. They worked quickly and did an excellent job. The quote over the phone was kinda high. The quote on arrival was a bit less. The final price was even less because they finished early. I loved it that they didn't try to squeeze a few pennies more out of me.

Overall; a very good job of cleaning my house. I will use them again in the future.

This is an outstanding cleaning service and I will look no further. I plan to use them again and was told the cost will be less if I get regular service which I intend to do. This was the best cleaning I have ever had and I have used professional services for 35 years in four states!
