Master Clean Group

My husband and I had to relocate and sell our home. The Master Clean Group was highly rated on Angie's list, so when our realtor's cleaner left things clean, but with no sparkle, I made the call. We were out of town already, but when I called, Nermin answered the phone and lifted my spirits. He looked at his schedule and told me he could fit me in for 1 hour. My family met him, next day, and showed him what was lacking. He went above and beyond in doing a double check over the home and to the pleasant surprise of my family, he came up with more 'sparkle' opportunities. When the 1 hour was done, he said he could have done more -- but my family's feedback told me that it was money well spent! "Your home looks like new". I would highly recommend The Master Clean Group. They know their stuff -- "boy, can they clean" -- my family said.

Master Clean Group is incredible! They do a beautiful job in a short amount of time. I love that they can clean my 6 bedroom home in 3 hours so I can spend the rest of the day focusing on my two kids. I cannot wait to use them again soon!

Nermin and his wonderful staff have been cleaning my house for six months now, and they do a great job every time! They are friendly and cheerful and willing to do everything it takes to keep our home sparkling clean. I'm so grateful to have found nice people I can trust to treat everything with such care. Nermin arrived at approx. 1:10 and inspected the home and inquired as to the work I needed to have done. He then estimated the time and the cost. There were two women working with him and they immediately began cleaning my home. I work out my home and was able to actually work while they were here. The crew completed the job within the time initially given to me. The only criticism I have is that some small rugs were not put back and some chairs were not placed back where I had them originally.

He toured the house telling me in detail what would be done, gave me the projected cost (which was the same as the amount I did pay), alerted me to a window issue, toured the house afterwards with me to be sure I was completely satisfied, and asked before leaving if anything I wanted done before they left. He and the 2 helpers were polite and careful as well as thorough in all they did.

I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing their house cleaned.

Went over everything we wanted done when they first got here. Did everything including hand cleaned the baseboards. They didi a great job. Walked me through the house to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Redid mirror in one bath. They did an incredible job on my shower. Neighbor looking for someone to cut down over grown olive trees producing olives falling over into my yard. The trees were very big and had stretched out across my neighbor's yard and covered the view of mountains from my yard. I searched Angie's List for my neighbor to find someone who would cut down the trees, at an affordable price and who was honest and prompt in showing up. I found Master Clean Group. I asked for an estimate on cutting down the trees. Mr. Nermin Dedov, owner of Master Clean Group came out to give the estimate. My neighbor immediately liked and trusted Mr.Nermin Dedov. My neighbor thought the price Master Clean Group quoted was reasonable for three large trees. with limbs extending over onto my property. The trees also had 3 huge tree stumps. Mr. Nermin showed up promptly at my neighbor's house with a total of 3 men, including himself. They cut down the three trees in my neighbor's yard, cleaned up the limbs that fell into my yard and my neighbor's yard. They did not play around. They got the job done communicated with my neighbor and finished in a short period of time. My neighbor said he was very pleased with the work done, the affordability, the courtesy of Mr. Nermin. I believe my neighbor would hire readily hire Master Clean Group again and again. Once my neighbor met Mr. Nermin, I could not talk him into getting an estimate from anyone else.

We were in a panic upon discovering that a huge arm of our courtyard saguaro came crashing down during the previous night. There were also two huge arms hanging over our roof that were ready to break off. I called Nermin about 9:30 that morning and he said he could stop by and take a look in a couple of hours. He was right on time and gave me an estimate on the spot and said they could do all the work right away. It was such a relief for us as we were really worried about damage to the roof should the other arms have broken off. Nermin and his guys worked quickly and carefully and did not break any surrounding plantings or irrigation pipes. They hauled away all of the rotten saguaro and then carefully raked all the rocks everywhere. You couldn't even tell they had been here. I will always use them and highly recommend Nermin and his company to anyone looking for help with heavy yard work or hauling!

Nermin and his crew were great. On time, worked very quickly, and did a super job at a very reasonable price. I was thoroughly satisfied.

Caroline did a fabulous job. She not only cleaned the floors, the bathroom, and vacuumed. She even vacuumed the furniture, under the cushions. She cleaned the microwave. She is punctual, friendly, and a great cleaner.

They were right on time after a brief tour they got right to work gave us a estimate of when they would be done and said they will call us when they are finishing up so we left. Got a call 2 hrs later and returned the house was immaculate everything was cleaned, ready for the next tenant to move in. If I need a housecleaner to come to our new home I will definitely call them again.

Nermin and his crew were outstanding! They showed up on time and removed everything we asked them to and went the extra mile by also sweeping out the storage shed upon completion. The palm tree - 5 of them - removal was a challenge but they removed all the root balls and then raked and cleaned up the entire area. I plan to hire them again and will recommend them to anyone who needs yard clean up ! Very nice to work with as well.

He was very prompt and polite, did the service quickly and well. I was impressed, and would definitely use him again; possibly for tree trimming and removal of debris.

They were very thorough and fast. There were things that we had wanted them to do and they came back on their own and cleaned what we had wanted done without charging us. We're really happy customers.

Nermin and his team did a fantastic job cleaning my townhome after a very dirty tenant vacated. For $80 per hour, he brought in a team that handled some really nasty stuff. He even took away all of the trash (two dumpsters) that the tenant left in the garage. I have tried other companies, but there is no comparison to how well they get the job done. I highly recommend.

Nermin and his gang did a great job as usual. I plan on using them soon in the future. They're always professional and always want to make sure the job is satisfactory.

to I had pocket gopher damage in my garden so a male employee removed the soil from three raised beds, placed a heavy wire mesh on the bottoms and replaced the soil. A large back patio (40' x 9 1/2') and patio furniture were cleaned. While this was being done two women cleaned and organized three large garage cabinets. The work in both areas was very well done. I've used Master Clean Group for routine house cleaning and will continue to do so as they do excellent work. Nermin, the owner, always does a walk-through before leaving to assure that everything is done and is satisfactory. During this walk-through I saw that Nermin had also cut my grass while he was waiting for the others to finish. Master Clean Group is one of the best customer service oriented companies I've dealt with in years. I highly recommend them.

I callled early this morning (yes, same-day service!), and Nermin and his associate arrived right when he said they would. In 100+ degrees, he and his associate never stopped working until the job was done -- perfectly. Because we felt his quote was a bit low for all they did, we gave them a nice tip. I will recommend him to all my friends and neighbors. Now our car is back in the garage!

The crew came in and worked quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with the quickness of response by the company and the quality of work. They went way above and beyond what was asked of them and the place looks fantastic!

Prompt. Attentive to areas we wanted his crew to key on. Good job all around. We found a few things that we thought should have been done better. He returned and cleaned those promptly and courteously. We would use him again.

2 guys worked very hard for about 5 hours; it seemed somewhat pricy but they did it with little notice, came within a reasonable time of when they said they would, cleaned up most of the debris left by previous efforts.

They were really good. We were very happy with them when we used them. They were very timely, did a very good job, and their price was fair.

Nermin has been maintaining our front and back yard for the past three months (once a month) and has been doing a great job! I would recommend him to anyone who wants regular maintenance of their yard or just a one time clean-up. My husband and I plan on utilizing his services on our rental property as well.

Nermin did a GREAT! Job, my property manager said the place looked great, and believe me, it was a mess!
