Description of Work: Our previous pool service guy suddenly did not show up or call or return calls. I found Luna Pool Service on Angie's List and have been very satisfied with their service, for over a year. If any problem happens, Justin responds right away and fixes it. Justin and Dennis, most recently Dennis, usually provide the weekly service. Dennis is also very good as well as nice and knowledable. Their price ($90.00 a month) is very reasonable for complete pool maintenance including chemicals. I recommend them highly.

Description of Work: I have had excellent service from Luna's. They take care of all of my pool needs (cleaning, chemicals, backwashing, etc.) on a weekly basis. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I called Luna pool service to request spa service. The owner called me back within a couple hours. He apologized profusely for taking so long to return my call! He had to do some research first to see if another company could do it since his company doesn't do it. He was so professional and polite, i wished i had a pool just to have him service it! I'm sure he does a timely and thorough job with whatever he does.

Description of Work: I asked about some brown spots on the bottom of the pool. Justin came out 15 min early before I got there and they cleaned the pool while they were waiting on me. Cleaned the filter. Skimmed the pool. He said the pool was in good condition but it may not look it. He said it was from old age and I could replaster, but it was in good condition. He wasn't able to fix the spots then, but they cleaned up and adjusted everything and didn't even charge me for any of it

Description of Work: We bought a new home with a pool. They came out and cleaned the pool completely. Did a great job!

Description of Work: I contracted with Luna Pool Service for weekly service for $90.00 a month. A service is also available for $70.00, less comprehensive. $90 serivce includes backwashing,, cleaning pump and deck filters, brushing sides, tile and steps, testing water and providing and putting in all chemicls, needed. All I have to do is turn the pump on and off and keep the water at the correct level. I have only had two weeks experience so far, but Justin has been very thorough, prompt, professional, and pleasant to deal with. . I consider this service a bargain.
