Description of Work: Luna rebuilt my pool equipment, drained and cleaned the pool. They now provide weekly service to keep my pool clean and the water clear and balanced. |Justin and his team do a great job!

Description of Work: I have a fifteen year old, above ground spa which was not heating. I spoke to Justin at Luna. He was very helpful, but said he did not work on above ground spas. He gave me the name of Ray at Desert Pool Repair, 520 241-8554. Ray was very knowledgeable about older spas, and was able to fix a small pressure switch at a reasonable fee. He was efficient, experienced and there was no pressure to replacece something expensive. I was very impressed and would strongly recommend him to others.

Description of Work: We made an appointment with Luna regarding weekly pool cleaning service. Justin was prompt and knowledgeable. He looked at our pool equipment and made a few adjustments. He changed a $7.00 part on the pump, which made immediately reduced pump noise. Justin made sensible suggestions for pool efficiency. We are definitely hiring Luna for weekly pool service.

Description of Work: First used over one year ago for a pump replacement. Had used another pool service and was not pleased with their service and thought their estimate for a new pump was very high. Called Luna, received an estimate which was within reason, and had them replace the pump. Have had excellent pool maintenance and service from Luna. They are reliable, courteous, and communicate with their customers. I recommend them for doing excellent work.

Description of Work: They drained our pool and did a chlorine wash to the entire pool. We were having a problem with keeping chlorine levels up, but we haven't had a problem since. They were wonderful, I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a problem with their pool.

Description of Work: Someone else said I needed a new 2-Stage pump motor, around $475 plus labor, Luna said, a new celinoid, had one on his truck, fixed and done in under an hour for about $100, parts and labor included.

We called Justin at Luna Pools and he immediately figured out what the problem was and within a week our pool was sparking clear again! We now use Luna Pools for our weekly service. They are prompt and courteous. Justin keeps us up to date on everything. We highly recommend Luna Pools

Description of Work: After finding myself with a green pool, I decided to call Luna. I agreed to pay $100 per month for them to come every Friday. I can say after 1 month, my pool is crystal clear and the bottom is nearly spotless. I would recommend these guys to anyone. They even diagnosed the broken piece that caused the dirty pool and took care of it.

Description of Work: Company emptied my very dirty pool and refilled it. No complaints, very professional, and the service tech caught a problem another company had not seen. Very satisfactory. I have hired them to maintain pool as well.
