Description of Work: I paid in advance for a landscape plan. The guy came out after many delays and promised a plan would be sent with estimates of costs. Nothing every arrived. I got an email much later asking if I ever received the plan, I emailed back "no" and still didn't receive anything.

Description of Work: Felt that they were overwhelmed after they offered the deal. Also our expectation of service was different than theirs as far as delivered product. It would have been beneficial for them to define what the deliverables are for the cost.

Hello I tried multiple times to contact you after my initial visit but didn't hear back from you. We would have been avail to further detail the design but didn't get a response or comment regarding your thoughts and further input. Sorry you felt we only performed at a C level in the end. We really do produce excellent work and have a great time doing it.

Hello [removed members name] I see you have left a rather unflattering review. Im not sure what you are reviewing since we havent done any work for you. In August of 20014 you were part of our big deal program where we met with you and created a landscape plan and estimate for you. We didnt charge you anything and the plans were on time as promised. After that we never heard from you. If you could please elaborate on the poor service we provided or how the quality of our work was lacking, I would greatly appreciate it. Have a great day. Jason K

Description of Work: We received a visit from the the owner on August 8th. We discussed our plans for our backyard. I have not received any plans nor any answers to my emails. I've only received an email in August stating he would send the plans in 10 days and an email yesterday asking if I received the preliminary plans. I went to his website to find out why they were non responsive--my inquiry was never answered. |I would like my money back as this business has failed to provide anything.

Description of Work: Plan a layout for replacing an existing small patio |Remove all old vegetation |Install new irrigation lines and emitters |Extend paved portion of patio with flagstone area |Plant new bushes and cacti per plan |Cover exposed ground areas with graded stone | Design ideas and work were fine: scheduling was miserable.

According to my Angies List message center I responded to your request for an eval twice but never received a response from you. As I stated in my last of two attempts to contact you. Im happy to fit you in to my busy schedule. Just give me a ring at 520-429-4047. As stated in my first of two responses to you, I try to do the evaluations and estimates on weekends and after 2pm due to work constraints. Please let me know if and when you are available. I strive to please and would love to meet up with you at your project location and perform an evaluation. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. Maybe Angies List is willing to refund the 49.95 ( we don't receive ANY payment for these evals). In which case Ill do the eval for free. I look forward to hearing from you Daniel.
