Frank was very punctual and performed the water heater replacement quickly and efficiently. He was polite and very knowledgable about the new heater. He showed me the important features and gave me detailed instructions on basic maintenance procedures. I highly recommend him.

I submitted a request for service on their website - within 15 minutes Frank called me back to give me a price (identical to the pricing on his website) and we scheduled a water heater replacement for the following morning. He showed up10 minutes early, and promptly started the work. The job was completed in just over an hour. He installed a new 50 gallon gas water heater, along with new flex line and ball valve, and removed the old unit. For the price quoted on their website, one receives a quality name brand water heater with a 6 year warranty (for my job, he installed a Ruud). For this price I could not ask for more. Excellent price and a quick, easy, quality installation!

Frank arrived earlier than he had estimated. He went right to work and completed the job in about an hour. He was professional, friendly and very competent. He does not normally work on the weekends, but happened to be doing a job when I called him this morning, and since my water heater had been leaking pretty badly, he was kind enough to stop on his way home to install a new one. In addition, he shocked us both when he found a dead cat wedged behind the old water heater. It had apparently jumped up on the appliance and fell down behind it. He installed a plate at no extra charge so nothing like that would happen again. How many service providers would do that? I highly recommend him if and when your water heater goes out.

We had also checked Home Depot. It took Home Depot almost two weeks to get us an estimate on installation and it was almost $500 more than this company. We are very pleased with Just Water Heaters!

Frank, the iwner, did everything himself. very good job. Came quickly, worked efficiently, and had a good price. I don't think you will go wrong with him and what a nice, personable guy!

Our water heater was making noise, and I couldn't get it to drain much....too much sediment in the bottom I figured. It was 10 years old, so we thought we might as well get a new one. I called a few places around town that wanted $1,200+ to replace it and then I called Frank - talked to him on Thursday and he was super friendly and quoted me $600 and said he would be there at 7:30am on the following Monday. On Monday, he showed up early and got right to work - replaced the water heater, made sure everything was up to code, hauled away the old one and charged me $600. Just as promised. He was very nice and explained everything - I would highly recommend Frank and Just Water Heaters!

Frank is the owner and installer. He answers his own phone! He came out the very next day to do the work. He was very kind about allowing me to watch him work and answering all my questions. He performed the job thoroughly and quickly. I would use him again any time I need another water heater. He was a pleasure and a treasure!!!!

Frank showed up on time, installed the water heater perfectly, and had best price out of 5 plumbing companies I called.. He is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I'm extremely happy with the whole experience!!! (and it is pretty seldom I can say that about any contractor in this town) You're probably paying too much if you use anyone else to install a water heater.

The company and owner/provide was punctuational, profession, efficient and detailed the overall remove and replace/install process. I wish more contractors had Franks' work ethics and detail for quality . Not only would I not hesitate to use him again and again but I plan to refer his services to as many coworkers who are in need of water heater replacements.

Our Townhouse which is being rented by our daughter a college student, she called at 7:30 on a Saturday night to say there was no hot water and the water heater was leaking. Our first call was to Home Depot - what a mistake they wanted to charge over $1,000.00 to install at $300 replacement. I found Just Water Heaters on Angie's list and sent them a text. They called five minutes later and scheduled the service for the next morning. Now that is great response. The next morning they called before arriving on time and process was seamless and painless. I recommend this service to everyone.

It when great. We called about 15 different plumbers of various caliber and this company was by far the best price and they were available the next day which was a Saturday. The installer was quick and very clean, took him about 1.5 hours for the entire process which is exactly how much time he said it would take. Excellent service will hire them again if I have another water heater issue.

Called Just Water Heaters and got a call back within 10 minutes. Owner was courteous and very helpful. I called about the special advertised on his website and when I requested a 50 gallon heater instead of the advertised 40 gallon one, he, without hesitation offered to add only the price difference which was much less than the other companies quoted for the larger capacity heater. He brought the new upgraded gas water heater to the house within an hour and the plumber that installed it completed the work promptly. Both were professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The price included the required permit as part of the total cost which was below the much higher ones I received. I'd highly recommend this company for plumbing needs. The tenants in the house were very pleased that the work was done quickly and efficiently.

He is neat, clean, and reliable! He is a licensed plumber and certified to do water heater inspections. He really does superb work and he's a nice guy. Anyone who uses him will be thrilled with his work. He won't keep you waiting. He comes when he says he will and he can get everythingyou need done in one visit. I have had him for a couple of years now and this guy is excellent!
