Exceptional service! Requested an estimate, and Lynnwood was very helpful and professional. The installer, Richard, showed 15 minutes early, after he called to see if that was ok. He had the water heater, expansion tank, lines, valve and drip pan replaced in about 90 minutes. He was very friendly and answered all my questions about the install. His work was first rate and the heater even had a plate with his name and installation date. The price was $1000 even, and that was less than half of our other three estimates. I would definitely recommend Just Water Heaters.

Roberto at Just Water Heater's provided excellent customer service and his kindness has me still recalling his above and beyond service. I had used another company to replace a water heater, a couple years back, the unit was leaking, but still under warranty by the manufacturer. The other company quoted me a full replacement price to replace it. Roberto after a couple days, even at the cost of a new water heater with "Just Water Heater's" was able to work with me and provide a new water heater at a reasonable price - less than the other company for a warranty replacement. And, many of the code violations by the other company were corrected by Just Water Heater's. A1 service and the best prices in the water heater market! I will use and refer, Just Water Heater's, to friends and family moving forward.

i sent a text on their website on sunday 1/16/2021 and to my surprise received a call back within 2 hours,on a sunday, and was absoluely amazed that roberto said they could schedule me for a new 50 gallon propane water heater installation for 1/17/2021, the next day, a national holiday at 7 a.m.!! i told him that we were out of hot water and was surprised they could fit me in so quickly. today, at 7 a.m.,alan p., the technician arrived promptly and within 2 hours has removed the old water heater,only 6 years old(a.o.smith) and replaced with a new Bradford White, which has lasted me in the past for 15 years. I am pleased that this company exceeded all my expectations and that alan p. is an outstanding technician who demonstrated his experience in all facets of this installation. i am also pleased that they carry water heaters ( Rheem, Bradford White,Ruud) that are superior to many others available from other companies. All in all, i could not be more pleased with this experience. It is refreshing in these times to find a company that not only takes care of their customers but obviously takes care of their employees as demonstrated by the enthusiasm and professionalism which this technician,Alan Pruitt, took care of my problem efficiently, and i might add, happily! this is a great company and do not hesitate in calling them when you need a new water heater. Trust me, i give them my highest recommendation and will only refer my friends, family, and clients(i am a realtor) to this company. Outstanding work!!!!!

Discovered our 15 year old gas water heater was leaking badly at about 8pm resulting in having to shut off the water valves and turn the gas off. Called Just Water Heaters shortly after 8am the next morning. They returned my call about 15 minutes later. We quickly agreed to have a replacement 50 gallon gas water heater installed at 2pm that day. Around 10am, Just Water Heaters called and said they had an earlier opening and could be there by 11am. By around 1pm, the new heater had been installed and the old one carted away. Couldn't have asked for better, more professional service.

Their price was a lot lower than others and I got a good quality water heater through them. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them as well.

This company is the best! Use them if you want your water heater replaced. The service man worked hard and efficiently and replaced the water heater in less than 2 hours. The cost of the replacement was the most competitive and even 50% cheaper than another company's quote.

Our hot water heater started leaking just as we were leaving town for vacation. While away, we called multiple providers for a quote. Not only did Just Water Heaters give us the best quote by several hundred dollars, Frank also went over our replacement options and agreed to have someone at the house when we returned a week later. Within an hour, our tank was replaced and set up. Roberto, our technician, went over the procedure for flushing and addressed all questions. Highly recommend Frank and his crew!

The tech arrived the next morning 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Replaced the water heater with a new one in addition to new gas line, new supply lines & hauled away the old water heater. The only way I know they were here is that I have a new water heater. You pay what the website says, no nickel and dime you. I could choose from 4 different water heaters & asked Frank what he had in his house, He told me a Bradford White made herein the USA & parts are still brass vise plastic. I told him that's the one i wanted. It saved me hundreds over Lowe's or other big box stores. I would hire them again and recommend others to them.

Got appointment same day on Saturday and they had one opening left. Installer called to come an hour early, which was great. Got everything done in a little over an hour and looks very clean and professional. Left work area clean as well. Went over the new water heater and how to flush it and left label on the water heater in case I needed a reminder. Price was outstanding, out the door was less than $730 which included the tax for a 6 year 40 gallon water heater. I am very pleased with the job.

Service within 24 hours of call, showed up on time, neat installation, provided a number of new parts in quoted price at no extra charge. A plus! $770. including $50 trip charge and $56 tax for 40 gallon name brand water heater.

They only sell quality tanks, provide upfront detailed pricing, only specialize in water heaters, etc.. Roberto communicated with me professionally, was punctual, very respectful of my home, ... There were no price surprises and this company was about $400 cheaper than their competitors. I felt very good about this transaction in that I got a good price and awesome service/quality. Incredible service experience! Professional, patient with all my questions. Excellent pricing and product options. I had a nasty clogged pipe issue that was discovered during the installation of the water heater. Just Water Heaters gave me a very fair price to replace the piping and did the work quickly without the need to schedule a separate appointment. I bought a Bradford water heater and it has been performing great. Hands down, this is the best and only place to consider for a water heater.

Called Frank and set up appointment for replacing 10 year old gas water heater two days later. He arrived early (after calling to make sure it was ok) and completed the installation in less than 80 minutes. The charges were exactly what he quoted on the phone - no hidden extras - and were hundreds less than other contractors. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job.
