They came out the same day we called and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Would definitely use them again.

We favored another company due to a personal connection, but the call was very close. This company seems very trustworthy and professional.

We bought a house with an existing drip system that had leaks. I initially called another irrigation system company who recommended that it should be replaced because it was old and would only continue to develop more leaks. I was unable to make contact with a representative of that company to schedule an estimate. Then I read about Fred Shepherd on Angies List and how he had repaired someone elses older system. I called Fred on a Saturday morning, not expecting a response until the following Monday. He responded to my phone message and came out that afternoon to look it over. He thought that, in spite of it being old, it was still functional and could be repaired. He came back a few days later to do the actual repairs. The pipe was an unusual size not common in home irrigation systems and he had to look several places to find matching parts. He made the repairs in a matter of a few hours and taught me about the system and how to adjust the flow of the various devices in use. He came back on another occassion when another section sprung a leak and repaired it as well.

Fred showed up on time and had definite suggestions on improving the system. His crew showed up and went right to work. For any ditches that had to be dug, they scraped back the top coating, dug their ditches, ran pipe and scraped the cover back. If I had not been there to see where the ditches were, I would not have known that they existed. Fred was very communicative and always made sure I knew where they were on the system, and asked a lot of questions for changes. Crew was courteous and worked well as a team. Overall, a great experience.

This company was very responsive, quick to respond to my phone call, and quick to schedule the job. The job was completed on time, I was charged what I was quoted, and the work performed fixed my problem without any re-work.

A very good experience. Fred, the owner, was very prompt in getting back to me on my initial service call. This company had been recommended to me by friends and I checked out the reliability using Angie's List. I had heard initially that the price was kind of high but I disagree with that. I was quoted a price of $75 an hour. Fred repaired more in an hour than I could have done in a day and didn't waste any time. The work was very professional and it is obvious that he has a lot of experience with irrigation systems. I had a subsequent problem and Fred came out and fixed it with no charge. I will definitely use this contractor again.

I really liked the personnel, they were good at getting back to me. As for the price, I do not think I have anything to compare it to, but I feel it was pretty good. I have not experienced any problems with the sprinkler system afterward.
