Description of Work: We had a leaky valve in our irrigation system after a hard freeze. They responded quickly to our call and came out the next day. They were able to fix the problem on the spot, and we thought the price was very reasonable. Other companies did not respond at all to our phone calls. Have had a difficult time getting workers out to our house to help with irrigation system problems, but this one was great, friendly, affordable, and convenient. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Over the last few months my water bills were growing. This last month the water bill was more than double what it should have been. It turns out I had water leaks coming out of 3 valves. Don, replaced the diaphrams and the water leaks stopped. As stated in the previous reviews, this company (Fred and Don) are punctual, knowledgable, professional and reasonable. No kidding, about 15 minutes after I called, Don was at my house fixing the water leaks (he was in the neighborhood). I will definately use them again!

Description of Work: Don came out within 2 days of my call and was on time. He evaluated my sprinkler system irrigation for some trouble I was having with the water not shutting off after a scheduled time. He found the problem quickly and fixed the problem (dirt in the lines, which was not allowing the valve I had already bought to shut off. I had a previous landscaper who replaced my old valve but failed to know why the new one was not working properly. I feel that Don was honest and very knowledgeable. I will use them again if other problems arise and recommend Irrigation & Sprinkler repair to anyone who has a problem.

Description of Work: ISR has been my primary resource for irrigation problems since 2009. They have repaired major main line leaks on several occasions . They have had to run repairs under driveways, thorny bushes and brick patio. They have responded very quickly to my calls and worked efficiently to solve my problems. The price was very reasonable and based on the time expended. I always call them for my irrigation issues. On one occasion they were very busy and honestly told me there would be a delay in responding to a call. They recommended another company that could respond sooner. I was impressed. .

Description of Work: Called Fred for an estimate which he did in a timely way. He found my system to be in good order and suggested no upgrade in my system at this time. What a wonderful experience to have such a professional as Fred. Fred also sent Carlos out to replace some valves and Carlos explained many of the details about the sytsem which I did not know.
