Not sure how much the inspection cost, as the bill went to escrow. The inspector was very thorough, knowledgeable, & personable. Very prompt with the report & told us exactly what we needed to do to correct a deficiency (no termites, but evidence of water damage).

We noticed the evidence of the infestation of the termites over a month ago but were going to leave on vacation. We called Gecko for an estimate. They sent someone promptly. They said the work could wait as the infestaion had not advanced to where they had formed a feeding tube. There were several. When we got back we called again and they arranged a date to come within a few days. We did call one other company, but this was the best arrangement for us and least expensive. We are happy with the terms. The exterminator, Manny, was friendly, prompt, did his work professionally and left everything clean.

I have used them ever since we moved in and they come out right away if we have a problem. If not, they come every other month and call before they come out. I am happy with them.

They were great. They came in the morning and didn't leave until that night. They did a very thorough search of the home. They also put in a thermador all around the house. They cleaned up very well after themselves, you couldn't tell they drilled into the concrete.

We wanted to buy a Tucson home and ordered a termite inspection by a company of our choosing even though the seller's company had done some spot treatment for subterranean termites. Bret, the Gecko inspector, found where the termites were entering this home. Two previous termite companies missed these areas, and the home was only spot treated. The sellers agreed to pay Bret's company, Gecko, for full treatment with five-year contract at a price less than the seller's previous company charged. We picked the right company!

I have a contract with them, and I used them a couple of months ago. We are satisfied with their service. The people who come out are just fine. I have no idea about the pricing, I don’t use other ones and I don’t know how to compare.

Great! I contacted Gecko for this service on approx 2/2, and they came out on 2/3. The worker assessed our trees in the back patio and didn't see any problems pests. He even got out his ladder and climbed up on the roof for a better view of the 2 palms. He checked out likely spots on top of our house for bees, but honestly said he didn't see anything we needed to treat. The worker gave us his business card and wrote on there that no work was required, signed the card and included his certificate number. Best of all, he refused to take payment for just looking at a potential problem.

Bret Holland, the president of the company, performed a thorough inspection of the home and emailed me a proposal that same day. His price was better than I had paid for the service five years before and better than another bid I had obtained. I scanned and sent back the contract and arranged a convenient time for the service. On the appointed day Bret arrived on schedule with his technician Adam. We had installed a vinyl delivery system under the brick patios that allowed the chemical to be placed without drilling through the bricks. Bret was not familiar with the system, but with the documentation I provided he customized a fitting that allowed him to measure and deliver the chemical at the required pressure. He and Adam worked out the delivery requirements. Adam worked for two days. He was very thorough and completely professional in his work. In addition he was a pleasant and easy person to deal with. He restored the river rock and gravel after he completed that phase of the work; he was very methodical in the use of the delivery system under the brick patios; and he very carefully did the drilling (and clean up) to allow access to the interior plumbing. We really could not be more pleased with his work. Bret lived up to every expectation regarding his performance. We recommend Gecko Pest Management without reservation.

Mr. Mark arrived on time. He sprayed inside the house and in the garage. He then did the outside area and when he was done, he checked the drains and the house.

I received a written bid and agreed to have the work performed. The company asked that I provide payment at the completion of service. I gave the technician the check for full payment. I am now receiving a monthly statement requesting payment. Thank goodness I have a cancelled check.......

Friday afternoon I got a call informing me that because my home is a manufactured home, they had no technician that could fit under it if treatment was needed so would not be doing the inspection. This is a local company. Given that the area I live in is 99 percent manufactured and mobile home, it is very disappointing that I cleared time for an inspection from a company that didn't bother to ask what kind of structure was being inspected at the time the appointment was made. From everything I have read this is a very good company, but am not very happy that they wasted my time unnecessarily UPDATE: Bret called me and personally apologized for the misunderstanding, for which I am very appreciative. Thank you.

This company had done the pre-settlement inspection on our house and offered a free spray and estimate, which we had done. We had the first regular service visit; the tech was pleasant, professional, and gave extra information on the seasons and habits of the region's pests.

The inspection, estimate, and treatment were done very professionally. Gecko pointed out that long term treatment using chlordane was probably applied during construction of the house in Tucson in 1977, so that further treatment of the main portion of the house was probably unnecessary. The Gecko warranty still includes the main portion of the house for one year. Competing companies would have treated the entire house, resulting in higher cost and greater environmental impact.

The crew that comes out always does a great job, they always call before coming and to confirm when they are on they way and I really appreciate that. I have been using Gecko for over two and a half years and I have never had any complaints.

Bret and Don are the best! I swear that Bret can smell termites! I've been referring clients to them for over 5 years and just can't say enough. They are professional, ethical, and honest.

MY DAUGHTER HAD CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM AND THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIBLE AND WELL MANNERED ON THE PHONE. AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED THEY MADE SURE TO TELL ME WHAT THEY WERE SPRAYING FOR.
