Description of Work: The owner came to my home to correctly diagnose a problem as due to ants rather than termites. He also provided advice regarding several other issues. He was very patient and professional and did not charge me anything for his time.

Description of Work: They serviced my house for termite protection. The person that evaluated the cost and what they were going to do to the ground, the product they were using, and the drilling was done in a timely manner. The cost was also in the right ballpark, as I had other estimates. The man who did the service was very professional and he completed the work done as requested. I was very satisfied with this company.

Description of Work: We had a sudden re-appearance of the telltale signs of the presence of Termites in our house. In the living room ceiling to be exact. We called Gecko Pest Mgtm . We like to deal with local, small businesses here in our own area whenever we can. They were the perfect choice. The owner came in a timely fashion to make the first assessment. He could have convinced us that our whole house needed treating, which many other services might have done,, but he explained why only the inside living room walls needed attention at the present time. They came on the day scheduled, worked swiftly and thoroughly, cleaned up afterwards, and gave us a two year guarantee which was extended to three years because we found them on Angies List. I also learned a lot more about Termites from him then I already knew, and about the new substance they are now using in place of the old, traditional one which had its flaws. I am glad I found them.
