Description of Work: Provider installed video/audio surround sound system for us 10 years ago. Service at that time was acceptable and price reasonable for service provided. Since that time callbacks for service or subsequent upgrades have not been answered. Lack of follow through and follow up with previous customer has resulted in our decision NOT to do business with this provider in the future.

Description of Work: This gentleman actually failed to appear at the appointed time. He came the next day, did the job, and charged us nothing for our inconvenience! I have done the same with services that I provide...thrilled to know there's someone out there like me! Would hire him again anytime!
