Great. He was able to restart the compressor saving us hundreds in replacement costs.

Freezer now works as expected, ice maker works as expected. Tim was very responsive, always kept us informed of status of ordered parts, an efficient craftsman. As a non-refrigeration person, the Sub-Zero system is difficult to work on -- i'st more than 6 feet above the floor. Tim protected the floor, counter tops and left everything clean and undamaged. He did a very professional job for us and we will certainly call him again....if we need service on refrigeration units.

At the one month mark, everything is working perfectly. The work was punctual and went smoothly.

The tech didn't have the part on his truck but went and got it within 1/2 hour and finished the job

Perfect, on all honesty at this point I cannot envision myself calling any appliance repair.

Called Friday morning with a loud noise coming from my refrigerator. Talk to Tim who was very informative. He diagnosed it and asked for the frig info. Called me back with the part availability and that his techs would be able to repair it the same day, noon till 2p. Travis and Dominic were on time, knowledgeable, pleasant and went right to work. Repair was done and I'm very satisfied. Would definitely use this company again!

Travis and Dominic arrived on time, went right to work and determined that there was nothing wrong with my water dispenser. Just needed to draw more water through line to stop dripping after replacing water filter. Noticed that the small ice door was not closing properly and repaired that for us also. Very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great dealing with.

I called on Monday and had an 11-1 appointment for Tuesday. A prompt call on Tuesday to let me know they were on their way. They got there a 11:00. Tim did the work. Professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again. We have several apartments and it is not easy to find a good appliance repairman. I think I found one! Oh, and I used my $15 Angie's List coupon.

Tim the technician arrived within 30 minutes of our call to Dependable Refrigeration. Tim was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it for us. Dependable Refrigeration is fortunate to have Tim on staff and we were very lucky to find Dependable Refrigeration. Excellent company would highly recommend!

Called Dependable because our refrigerator had been running warm (by at least 10 deg) for several days. They were able to send a tech out the same day. He determined what part was needed and gave us an estimate. Since it was a substantial amount compared to the cost of a new fridge, we told him we needed to think about it and paid for the service call. We decided to proceed with the repair and called Dependable back later that day to let them know. Although I had to leave a message on the voicemail, I got a call back shortly to confirm what I wanted so they could order the part. We had been told the part would probably take 2-3 days. However, we got a call the next morning saying it was in and to schedule the repair for that day. (Meanwhile, the fridge had begun working overnight!) When the tech arrived (different from the one the day before), he confirmed that the fridge was now working and recommended that he not install the part. He also said that the total if he did the work would be less than the previous tech's estimate - both pleasant surprises. We opted not to have the part installed. He left us with a written estimate and note that the service call would apply to repair done within 90 days.

My refrigerator went out. I got on Angie's List at 8:30 at night to request an appointment. I was called within 10 minutes of hitting submit, and someone was at my house the next morning at 9 am. The repair was made and all is working well. Excellent responsiveness and customer service.

I needed service today (Saturday). Their Angie's List write-up states they offer 24-hour service. They do not. I'll look elsewhere. They may want to change their write-up to be more accurate.

When I called they returned my call in less than 30 minutes. First they let me know the time frame a technician would arrive. He called when he was on his way. Immediately knew what was wrong. Went to get the part. It was fixed.

He's very good. He was very knowledgeable, very helpful and advised on the least expensive but best way to take care of the situation. We're very pleased with them. They had to get a new part and he was also honest. He put a temporary fix on it and he said that we'll try this and it might help. It was very inexpensive but it turned out that it don't last very long as he said so we ended up getting a whole new part which was fine because when he put the new part it, it works perfectly ever since. I highly recommend them. They're honest, very competent, professional, courteous and I would definitely call them again. He gave us a good and appropriate price.

I have a very old house and there is not room for one of the new refrigerators (unless I remodel the kitchen) so I had the old one repaired and it was alot of work - on a Saturday. The technican that came did say it would be expensive. I thought for the work that was done, the price was certainly resonable. The refrigerator/freezer is working very well.

Tech came with part needed. Guess telling them dryer was squeaky gave them a good idea of problem. He said if i had called sooner a smaller less expensive part would have been needed. He replaced the worn out tub bearings and glides ($61.80) and labor was $100.00: That seemed pretty steep for the probably 10 min it took to do but maybe they charge a 100 dollars for an hr and they don't charge less if it's under an hour. Man was very nice though. Would call again because they seemed honest even though I feel labor was too expensive. By the way we received a 10.00 senior discount on labor.

Amazing - a service company who has a heart. To not be asked to pay was a wonderful surprise.
