Everything went excellent!

I called Dustin on Sunday afternoon and explained that our bathtub was leaking and that I had tried to fix it. I told him i couldn't get the bathtub faucet loose to replace the washers. I thought this would be a quick little fix, but unfortunately I had twisted the copper pipes in my effort to get the faucet loose. Dustin discovered this on his first trip out to the house on Wednesday morning. He came back the next morning and not only fixed my mistake but also replaced the spout, faucet and the shower head. His initial estimate was spot on so I knew what to expect. He was polite, neat, and did a very nice job.

D and A Plumbimg (Dustin) did an oustanding job considering he had to remove both marble tub surrounds, drywall, tubs, toilets and water valves. Dustin re-installed both tubs, drains and mixer valves and was very accommodating when I needed to take a few weeks to re-install the drywall around the tubs and have another contractor install new marble surrounds. When I was ready to have the plumbing completed I called Dustin back to finish. He was very prompt and showed up when he said he would. I would highly recommend D and A Plumbing to anyone who needs a great plumber. Paul C.

Dustin was great from the estimate to completion of the work. He was very honest and straight forward with what needed to be done. He showed up right on time for the work. He explained everything after finishing up and the quality of the work looked great. He quote was significantly less than several other plumbers. I would definitely use Dustin in the future for our plumbing needs.

He performed the necessary work in a professional and friendly manner. His charge was very reasonable and my initial impression of him as being a true true gentleman was correct. Great experience.

This entire experience, from Dustin's estimate through his work was exceptional. He takes pride in his trade and business, it shows in his work. Dustin was one of 3 estimates we received to update the plumbing in a 50's house renovation. He is knowledgeble and hard working, if you don't understand something he takes the time to explain it. We still have phase two to complete, which is the fixtures and appliances. Have already referred Dustin to two of our friends, who have in turn referred him to others, the true measure of quality workmanship from a qualiity individual.

I don't have the total cost for his work, but he was close to his estimate for the project. After finishing the house in July 2010, we just filed all the receipts away and haven't really wanted to look at them since. We hired Dustin because of a friend's recommendation. He helped us configure the plumbing in a better way than was drawn on the plans. We also wanted a grey water system, which he wasn't all the familiar with, but he helped us (and I suppose we helped him as well) figure it out and we came up with the best solution for us. He was honest with us about the fixtures we choose, telling us once that we really needed to spend more money on a better faucet to avoid problems in the future. And how to best use my shower head, since he was familiar with problems he had seen with that manufacturer in the past. He came when he said he would, was always pleasant and, after a year, we haven't had any problems. I suppose that's the best recommendation.

I called to set up an appointment for an estimate and Dustin, the owner, was able to accommodate me within a very reasonable time. He came when promised, and went over all details of what was needed for the repairs and or servicing and we agreed to have him do the work. He was very efficient and performed all work to complete satisfaction.

Dustin was great. He did very nice work, did it in a reasonable time frame, showed up when he said he would - and if he was going to be late he'd call and let us know. Dustin also did a great job of explaining out options, which is a valuable skill when there were options seemingly beyond out comprehension. He was a nice guy to have around.
