Dustin's rate on the toilet flange alone was over 85% less than one of the other plumbers we called, because he doesn't have all the overhead to pass on to the customer. He does all the work himself and he does quality work. He's considerate and professional and is now our plumber of choice of everything.

Dustin SAVED US $$$. Does not recommend anything unless it is truly necessary. Dustin saved us the cost of a new disposal unit by clearing out something that was so stuck we could not fix it ourselves. Gave me good advice on how to keep the disposal clear. He also cleared the bathroom sink very quickly. He called back quickly and was able to come out the same day. Dustin is always very professional, courteous, and work quickly. Our dog trusts him, so that's a vote of confidence.

Dustan showed up on time. He made sure that my house was kept as dust free and as clean as possible. I was kept informed as to the progress as he did each step. At the end of the job he cleaned up very well. Dustan was polite the whole time he was here.

D&A chiseled into the Adobe brick wall to allow room to extend the pipe so that the valve could be attached. Works perfectly. And it looks nice too. On another visit he fixed a toilet that had clogged due to a block down the line. I had called drain cleaners multiple times for this problem. Those other drain cleaners had climbed up on a roof. This perceptive and innovative plumber lifted the toilet off the drain and ran his snake from the toilet down through the shower and throughout the troublesome part of the line. Conclusion: others had failed to clear that part of the line. He asked me if the master bedroom had been a room addition. I told him "No" so the problem arises from a poorly designed system. I I am very impressed with this plumbers thinking and problem solving skills. The problem has been fixed for months now. I had paid other stocker my line 3to 4 times a year.

All work completed on time in professional manner and trouble free. No complaints.

On the morning that he was supposed to arrive I got a text that he wasn't going to be able to make it. When I replied asking when he might be able to start the job he never responded. I had scheduled this appointment after getting a few quotes from different plumbers. I'd chosen him to do the work and was ok with waiting two weeks because his schedule was full. Very disappointing to be cancelled on at the last minute with no reason or rescheduling.

Dustin is a real professional. He arrived on time, accommodated my schedule, and completed the plumbing in an excellent manner. I have used his services several times. He is always on time and his price is the best around. This time, I contracted for him to redo the plumbing in our master shower. He came up with great solutions to problems. The work was very well done. In addition, I had noticed a leak under my kitchen sink and asked him to look at it if he had time. He fixed the problem at no extra charge. Absolutely the best. Recommend him for any job.

The faucet in our guest bath/shower was getting very had to turn off. We had to use a lot of pressure to press it in to stop the water. I called A and D plumbing on a Wednesday and scheduled him to come out on Friday. Dustin called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. He checked out the problem and fixed it quickly. He also provided me advice about replacing the other bath fixtures that I would like to update stating that we should be able to do it on our own but can always call him if we get stuck. Having A and D Plumbing out was a good experience. I will have them back for any plumbing issues that come up in the future.

I have finally found a plumber I trust. He is prompt, reliable and affordable. I told Dustin the last time he was here at my home that he is now my "go to" guy for all of my plumbing issues. I highly recommend this man.

Dustin replied to my email within a few hours. Unfortunately he declined to bid on my project due to him already being committed to other projects. I appreciated his prompt response and integrity in declining to bid on the job. Someone less scrupulous would have attempted to bid without respect to his ability to complete the job in a timely manner. I would definitely solicit for work again.

I was initially impressed with his work. Now that the project is finished I have some real concerns over his ability to do a complete bathroom re plumbing. I noticed sewer fumes in the bathroom. The P trap for the shower he replace was not set at the appropriate angle. He did not read the instructions on the shower valve and set it to shallow. In order to get the trim on we had to remove brass features. The alignment on the sink drain is off. The shut off valve on the toilet was too close to the toilet and a work around was required. During the demolition of the second bathroom I noticed that he had set the copper to far back and it protrudes past the wall surface in the adjacent bathroom.

I highly recommend Dustin. He was prompt, responsive, and did a great job fixing our gas line. He's a nice fellow and does good work. The original work on our gas line to the stove was not up to code and did not have an approved permit from the city, unbeknownst to us. Dustin did the job right and the inspector signed off the permit the first trip out. I can't say enough good things about him!

I called Dustin on a Tuesday morning and he came the same day to give us an estimate. His estimate was very reasonable for the jobs. He came two days later and got the job done right. We are very thankful for his help!!

I expected a visit for an estimate and then an appointment for the installation in the future. Dustin arrived ready to work, with a full set of tools. I expected tile damage and the aggravation of tile repair. There was not one tile cracked or chipped. He was professional and cleaned up when the job was done.

If I could give Dustin a grade higher than "A", I would. The morning following his repair of the leaking pipes under the kitchen sink, there was another leak. Dustin returned first thing that morning. His previous repair was tight. This leak now was from the faucet. He fixed the leaking connection temporarily to allow me time to find another faucet. We called him back to replace the kitchen faucet and also a shower valve. When he arrived he told me the style of faucet we had chosen would not work well with our stainless steel sink and suggested a more suitable style. Both the shower valve and the kitchen faucet were completed in under 3 hours. Dustin was on time for each of his service calls. He is highly professional, fair in his fees, prompt, friendly, helpful, informative, efficient--very good at what he does. He is our plumber for all future projects.

Mr. Knoll called at noon on Sunday as he had promised. He was able to come to the house with an aide, arriving at 12:30. It was not an emergency call and I was charged their regular rate. Very professional, they worked steadily and had the drain cleared within an hour.. I will certainly call D and A Plumbing again.

I called in the afternoon of 5/20/2013 and Dustin said he would be by the next morning between 8:30 and 9:00. He called at 8:45 and said he was on the way. Arrived a few minutes before 9 (first plumber I have ever had arrive when they said they would). He was very professional and friendly. After looking at the pipes and running some water through he told us what needed to be done, gave us an estimate including the parts and labor ($300) and how long it would take to finish (3 hours). He completed the job and the final bill was the same as the estimate. The price was very fair for the work that was done. Before he left he made sure everything was working properly and also cleaned the area where he had been working. In fact it was cleaner than when he arrived (after having so many problems I gave up trying to keep the shed clean). Thanks to D and A I have finally been able to get my washing done. I called and within a short time he returned my call and made an appt to come on Tuesday the 14th of May. He promised to call from the driveway and wait for a few minutes to knock so my dogs wouldn't go nuts. He did exactly as promised. The dogs didn't bother him from all I could tell. He had to go get handles to fit our manufactured home faucets and returned promptly. He took the time to answer a lot of questions I had about replacing one toilet and also possibly our garden tub which I hate. He was friendly, smiled and very professional and accommodated my request for handle style without any concerns and offered several options.

Discover a flood in my alley way Monday morning and started calling plumbers. A friend referred Dustin who was available to come out the next day as I didn't contact him until late Monday. When he came out, he explained the process and once he got approval, he purchased the supplies. In approximately an hour and half, he completed the temp repair with an estimate to replace the line. He was very nice and spent the time to explain the process.
