Closet Trends did a great job listening to our needs and designing a curios cabinet and bookshelf to fit withint our budget. The unit is beautiful and is the centerpiece of our entryway loving room. The company is professional, prompt and does great work. We are going to have them design another bookshelf unit for our Arizona room shortly since we have been so pleased with them.

Excellent planning, design and installation. Fair pricing, good quality and great follow-up after installation. People were easy to work with. It was a wonderful experience. The techs new exactly what they were doing. No parts were missing when they came with the closet materials. They executed the designer's plan perfectly. They were also very nice people--clean, neat, personable, and always on time.

The whole process went smoothly, they were prompt with appointments and quick with changes I made. They arrived on time and the install was great. I'm so pleased with the book shelves!!! I thought the price was very fair and the quality excellent.

The bed and wall unit was completed on time and per spec. The installers Joe and Steve arrived on time with all of the tools and equipment and materials. The installation went smoothly and I cannot say enough about the attention to detail during the installation.
Everything was measured twice and cut once and good construction practices were followed making sure that there was no damage
to either our house or the product. A lot of thought was put into each step of the process and everything was completed as promised.
The sales staff was knowledgeable. The designer Jill was thorough making sure all of our questions were answered. The measurements and drawings were spot on. There was a wide range of custom colors to choose from as well as a large number of hardware choices. I thought their bid was a little pricey but after seeing the results of the finished product and the solid workmanship of the carpenters and installers I find them to be very competitive. They have a nice showroom with many displays of what they do. I would use them again and will recommend them to my friends, relatives and neighbors.

They did it to my design, not to their design. Everything is outstanding; I love it. The price was extremely reasonable. I could not do it on my own at the same price and quality that they did it.

We went into the showroom initially and were delighted by the quality of the prodict. The staff was very helpful and explained the prodcts and available choices. The designer came to the house and provided a design and bid on the same day.
Installation took place about three weeks later. The installers were on time (though we did have one day in which the installers were not present, though scheduled to be - we did receive a call indicating that they had a class to attend), worked very efficiently and were very careful to clean up each day.
The final product looks great and is as functional as we had hoped. We would definitely use the company again and would recommend them to others.

This company has renovated two master bedroom closets and a large storage closet for me. For each project, the designer (Wanda) listened carefully and then created a unique storage system to meet my exact needs. She had creative ideas and tweaked the plans several times until they were perfect. Their prices were significantly lower than their competitor. Quality is excellent, instillation quick and professional. This company is a pleasure to work with.

We contacted two closet companies. The first came in and did a very good job quickly providing a quote and showing us on a computer simulation what the new closet would look like, including how it would look with the drawers open, etc. Closet Trends took the measurements and went away for a few days and sent us a 3D drawing of the new closet and cabinet with the quote. Both companies appeared to have the same type of construction method, but Closet Trends' quote came in quite a bit less than the other companies. This was after we had made some major changes to the plan also. Closet Trends was very receptive to making the changes. The installer arrived on the day agreed and was very professional and polite. There was a small mix-up with the master bathroom cabinet doors but that was rectified the next day. Everything is done now and we love our new closet and cabinet.
