Amazing experience from the initial phone call to set-up the free estimate. Everyone arrived on-time from the estimate to the install and the work exceeded my expectations. Local business that cares about it's customers. highly recommend and already scheduled to do my next closet buildout.

Some cliches at first but very quick to make things right. Very pleased with how everything turned out. Nice people to work with.

The designer, Penny, was excellent. Good suggestions and design. The installer did an excellent job.

High quality work and materials. They moved fast and were responsive but there was a delay in finishing due to some materials not arriving on time. Was not communicated well initially but the ultimate result was at or above expectations.

It was absolutely amazing. They're awesome. As soon as they come take measurements, they give you options. The fit and finish, the layout, and the cleanup is second to none. I'm out of state, and they sent me pictures of the finished work, which was nice.

This company was on time and the installers were very nice and installed the systems with care and knowledge. We had closet systems that failed in these areas and they were able to use some of the material from this system to save us money. We are very happy with the whole experience.

The experience was good. They came and measured, and helped us choose the lay out of what we were going to put in. We had one little glitch, but they came and fixed it right away. They were responsive, they came out right away.

I am selling my old house now, and people like the closets. They told us the cost, they came in one day, did the work that they said they would, and we were pleased with the work. The quality was really good. They said they would take a day, and they came in, and did it within a day.

Closet Trends did a great job listening to our needs and designing a curios cabinet and bookshelf to fit withint our budget. The unit is beautiful and is the centerpiece of our entryway loving room. The company is professional, prompt and does great work. We are going to have them design another bookshelf unit for our Arizona room shortly since we have been so pleased with them.

Excellent planning, design and installation. Fair pricing, good quality and great follow-up after installation. People were easy to work with. Overall, this was an enjoyable experience with a company where every person I met was professional, very customer oriented, and helpful in getting the job done.

Closet Trends was great. I love the closet, they were wonderful. It's cheaper than California closets. I would hire them again in case I needed them.

It was a wonderful experience. The techs new exactly what they were doing. No parts were missing when they came with the closet materials. They executed the designer's plan perfectly. They were also very nice people--clean, neat, personable, and always on time.

The whole process went smoothly, they were prompt with appointments and quick with changes I made. They arrived on time and the install was great. I'm so pleased with the book shelves!!! I thought the price was very fair and the quality excellent.

I had them out to the house, they were able to work with an estimate for me but unfortunately she didn't include all the details because what I'm doing is a major remodel. I wanted a lot of specialty items incorporated into the closet and although she's nice, prompt, and good service, I didn't feel like it was a thorough as I could ask for. She just followed up with an e-mail. She dressed pretty casually but I'm a pretty casual person too.
