Description of Work: I used Classic Pools because I had a swimming pool that had problems.

Description of Work: Pool light fixture fell out. They charged 98.00 to come and put back in then it fell out within the next couple of days. They came back out to put it back in but charge me another $98 then it fell out again. Pool motor and filter install. Expensive and was installed appropriately however aquiring support after was a problem.

Description of Work: Refinished our Kool Deck and patio. Excellent job on the kool deck. Having some issue with glaze sealer on patio but in process of being taken care of (believe actual product may have been defective). Have used this company in the past for kool deck and did excellent job, that's why called them again for this project. Jim Weber is absolutely great to deal and work with and backs his employees and workmanship. Did not even get any other bids based on our prior experience, that's why did not rate price as did not have comparison. Will get bid for pool replaster as well.

Description of Work: First called to mend a pool step. Work well done by informative technicians. Second call to replace pool pump. That replacement caused malfunction in pool system. Classic Pools prescribed a fix which was carried out by regular man employed to maintain the pool. Leak in the pump function was detected by said employee shortly thereafter. Classic Pools technician came to analyze situation. Did not call before arriving. Parked in driveway. Did not advise of presence. Departed without a word. Sent document saying that they would require $400+ to eliminate the leak which could cause the pump to burn out again. All of this happened within two or three months of the pump installation. (The pump had been installed about 2 months before hand with no communication about any potential issues about retrofitting a new-style pump onto an older system. ) Regular maintenance person is rectifying the situation with the purchase of approximately $100 in parts. On more than one occasion this technician had come to my house, parked, did something unknown, and left without communicating with me even though i was in the house all the time.

Description of Work: New white plaster bottom, new edge tile, new vacuum port, significantly larger additional concrete/cool deck, re-surface all cool deck, new ladder. Finished in reasonable time and on budget.

Description of Work: Leak repair performed two weeks prior defective, leak returned. Follow-up Repair scheduled for 9/5 0800 to 0900 with original repair person. No show, and no follow up phone call. Called Classic Pool and cancelled service. Very disappointed in follow thru on defective service. Will not use them again. They should refund part or all my original $127.52 bill

Got an estimate for acid wash/power wash of our pebble tec pool with significant calcium build up. Decided to go with another company recommended to us because of the price and was happy with other company. No complaints about Classic Pools, just was expensive.

Description of Work: Repair of a Jacuzzi spa - the motor/pump died and the unit was not working.

Description of Work: We had the pool replastered, the deck resurfaced, diving board removed, the pool light rewired, an auto-water leveler and new tile installed, and the circulation equipment replaced. Pretty much a major rennovation.

Description of Work: JIm Webb, and his crew installed an automatic water fill for my pool. They cut a hole in my pool deck and installed the float, plus lid. They matched the texture and paint color of the deck.

Description of Work: They were very thourough and professional. We had some secondary problems with the pool that was not related to the original contract but occurred because of some advice that was given. They fixed the problem at their own expense. they were a pleasure to work with.
