Very well. They had the new heater installed within a couple of days of us accepting the quote. Super service.

A previous company had left me terrified I was looking at a lot of expensive work on my DE filter. I had an eye problem, so couldn't see well enough to deal with it myself. Classic came, checked things out, and gave a very fair estimate. They fixed the filter with a simple cleanout. The water quality was worse than expected, so we opted to pump it out and start over. They gave me a good deal on that, then Shawn, my weekly guy took over. Things were still pretty stained, but in the month or so since then, he's gotten most of the stains out, the water balanced, and the pool looking the best it's ever looked. He's also good about getting things locked up and not leaving a mess. The billing is all handled online through email which makes paying easy. They've been very reliable/punctual and polite.

After waiting over a week for a quote, email received quoting rediculous pricing and that simple job cannot be scheduled until July or August, and would take 1 day to replace and need to return 2nd day to grout. Meanwhile, I cannot use pool since partially drained waiting for quote. I had the work done by another contractor who was referred to me. The tiles were replaced in less than 2 hours including grout time. Work was done by excellent craftsman. Total cost $160. Quote by Classic Pools was,..would you believe..was over $400!!! Why Angie's list continues to recommend Classic Pools must be all about money. If Classic didn't want the small job they should have been forthright and told me when the owner Jim, inspected for the quote.

I put a quote request in on Thursday, and everything was all done by the following Wednesday. No problems. Also got a 10% discount using the Angie's list coupon.

Classic Pools offers the services that I was looking for: weekly cleaning and repair of the pool, spa and equipment. I just started with them a few months ago, and so far so good.

Very disappointed to have to write a review like this, given the fact that we actually had a consultation with this company, they took measurements, we were excited about their ideas, and we hoped that once the estimate came the numbers would work out for us all. Problem is, we never got an estimate--after two follow-ups over the course of two weeks. The first time, we were told they "thought that went through" and we'd have the estimate by the following week; nothing happened; we sent an email and...crickets. Just astonishing from a company this highly rated; that is a really low bar they failed to clear. Will certainly not be calling them again.

John replaced all our outdated equipment and did a FANTASTIC job. John was professional and educated us on everything! Matt now services our pool and Jacuzzi weekly. Matthew is the BEST!!!! We will not let anyone but Matt service our pool. Matt is INCREDIBLY!!! Our pool chemical balance is PERFECT!!! Matt truly cares about his customers and is professional and educational! We have had NUMEROUS pool cleaners before Matt and they were awful!!!! Matt is great and now services my mother's pool. Thank you Classic Pools for having such great team members!!!!

Went very well. Technician replaced capacitor. It was up and running like new in just a few minutes.

The plumber came the day after he was called and fixed the problem at the same time.

The owner of Classic Pools, Jim Weber, came out and gave me a quote within a day or two of my calling him and his team started work about six weeks later. His team is great! They were professional and very focused on the job at hand, yet more than willing to answer all of my questions as they completed the work. The job was much bigger than I imagined and really really messy while it was going on but the finished product is gorgeous and the tile work - and the deck painting too - is impeccable. My family has spent more time in the pool this year than ever before because it is just so nice to be in it - it looks brand new! I highly recommend this company!

After the first company told me that they couldn't replace my pump until the following week, I called Classic Pools just before 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 7, and told them that I needed a new variable speed pump, not an estimate--I already knew how much they cost. Jacob called me back within a few minutes, and asked me to text him a photo of my pool equipment so he'd have an idea of what he'd be working with. After receiving the photo Jacob gave me an approximate price, to which I agreed, and set an appointment for noon the next day (Friday). Not only was Jacob on time, but he was early! He went to work and finished the job that afternoon, under a blazing sun, and didn't depart until he had instructed me on how the new pump operated. By dinner time Friday I had a new Pentair Intelliflo 2 VST variable speed pump and two new valves--on the final day to qualify for a $100 rebate from the pump manufacturer. On top of that, the final cost included the $200 rebate from Tucson Electric Power (TEP), PLUS a 10% discount on the entire job because I had printed and submitted an Angie's List discount coupon! Not only would I recommend and use Classic Pools again, I already have! They are in the process of completing the installation of a new control system and doing some re-plumbinb.

I've dealt with a lot of local pool companies over the last 14 years and it has made me a wise cautious consumer choosing carefully who I do business with. I liked Jim Weber the first time I met him. And even though I wasn't ready in that moment to do my pool, I never felt rushed and he answered all my questions with the ease of speaking with a neighbor. Fast forward about a year later. The crew got here,did a SPLENDID job and were always respectful to myself and my property. Everything went pretty much as planned and if there was a delay, Marshall was great at communicating with me and keeping me in the loop. This is a great company. Run well, by good people.The search is over. I'm sticking with Classic Pools.

Classic Pools answered all my questions before, during, and after the installation. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and finished the work promptly. Thank you Jim, Jeff, and Chris for all your help.

So far it has gone very well. The patch they did for my crack is now holding and this fall they will have to do a major repair and I definitely will be using them for services at that time.

Jeff responded to my home prior to the appointed time but he called first to make sure it was okay. When he got there, he explained to me what the problem was and gave me the cost of the repair. I agreed on the price and he went to work, changing out the pool pump in 110 degree weather. It took him almost an hour to do the job and when he was finished, he explained to me how he had bypassed the main circuit box with the new type of pump he put in. He also answered a couple of questions that I had not related to the pool pump. Overall, I was pleased with his professionalism and the work he did.

Looks brand new again; Two year warranty, honored Angie's discount coupon as well. Both Jim and his crew were very professional and courteous. Excellent work. Am getting estimate for replastering pool this winter (when water rates are lower).

We had trouble connecting at first. But, Jeff was persistent and when we did meet up, the service was outstanding. He was professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Jeff had the part required for the light, other companies told me they would have to order one. He took the time to work on the floor pop up system while here and repaired that as well. After repairing both issues, his price beat everyone else too! I was very impressed, and absolutely will call him again. Highly recommend!

Great. Jim repaired our 9 foot deep leaking pool by filling it in to a level 5 feet, repaired cracks, replastered, replaced pool equipment, replaced tiles - the whole shebang. Now the pool is gorgeous and we couldn't be happier.

It went very well. The updated pool looks great, even better than anticipated. Owner is professional and friendly, workers are hard-working and courteous, and they cleaned up well at the end of the project. The team provided updates as the project progressed.

Nice guy, but really anxious to replace equipment vs repair. We had an estimate for a really great guy who told us about some things to do and that the equipment was not in need of any immediate service.

They're wonderful people. They're great. They've done work for us in the past even before I signed up on Angie's List. I like their customer service, their prices, and they're really good people. I happen to find them on the phone book and that was how I came across them. I recommend them to anybody.

After some difficulty establishing initial contact, they were responsive and punctual and did an excellent job. They even grouted the pool tile at no additional charge. All in all it was a very good experience.
