Description of Work: They cleaned and tuned up my mid 1970s Kenmore sewing machine. Machine was ready when they said it would be. The outside even looks cleaner. Haven't had an opportunity to use it since I got it back, but I have no doubt it will work much better than before it went into the shop. Thought the cost was a little much, but then I've never taken apart a sewing machine.

Description of Work: I have a higher end quilting/sewing machine which I took in for yearly maintenance. The price was higher than I originally thought it would be. but I wanted it done by a certain date. I live in another city and had transportation issures. A "priority service" charge was added to the normal maintenance cost. It would have been 20 cheaper had I not needed to pick it up a certain date.

Description of Work: I went there to get a replacement belt for my vacuum. I was told at the front desk to deal with the young man (kid) who worked in the back. He was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive,even hateful....I mentioned this to the woman who worked at the front desk. She didn't seem to care.... I go out of my way to support small businesses in Tucson but in this case I'll order my vacuum parts from Amazon.com in the future.
