Dan and his crew did a great job. They were punctual and performed the work quickly. Dan was also very helpful in answering my questions on the fireplace and dryer hookup. Will definitely be calling them again for further work.

Called to set up the appointment and mentioned that I used Angie's List to locate the provider. They were actually a little late for the appointment (about an hour)because of the travel distance from their first appointment of the day to my house, but they called ahead to ask if that was OK or reschedule. Good communication, so I didn't mark them down for punctuality._x000D_|_x000D_|I've never had my ducts cleaned before, but the EPA has a pretty good website about the process. Judging from the time spent and the equipment used I feel confident that whatever was in the ducts is now gone. I watched the process because I was fascinated by the equipment and techniques; the technicians were very thorough and they took measures to protect my carpet and furnishings._x000D_|_x000D_|I am very satisfied with the services.

Again, Chris amazes me with his happy, bright spirit and willingness to do the job quick and correctly. I admit I was disappointed when that smell continued after his first treatment, but after telling Chris about it, he came out promptly and corrected it! Most other workers would make some excuse and that would be the end of it, leaving me with the problem. But, Chris has a conscience, and I believe he truly wants his customers to be happy and satisfied with his work. So he does all he can to make sure that happens. Even if he has to come back a second time, to make sure it is taken care of. And he doesn't charge for it again. They are good, positive, fast workers and deserve much praise.

They did a great job. I had no complaints with them at all. They were very fairly priced. They explained everything they did. They took care of everything very neatly and left no mess. I would definitely recommend them.

Supposedly, it is cleaner than a new home because of all the dust that is left in ducts after a build. This house was built in 1996 and needed some serious help. I feel much better about living in the home now. We chose it on location and hoped we could get it up to our standards. Thanks to Chris, Danny and John moved quickly and knew exactly what to do. They were highly professional, helpful and let you know the results.

They were awesome! Chris is very positive, punctual, knowledgeable, willing to do extra things for no charge. He gave me two discounts (coupon, and did extra litle things, like painting around vents where paint got chipped taking off vents. They were all very pleasant, positive, energized and worked quickly and effectively. A joy to have them here! Chris is very expressive, and willing to explain and do anything asked. The visit went GREAT! Chris is very personable and eager to please. Chris and his assistant cleaned the vent that goes vertical two stories. Also, They removed a screen that the original building contractor installed when the house was built 8 years ago. Screens are a no-no as they will quickly build up lint and debris. I HIGHLY recommend Carson's Power Vac.

Our dryer vent has been a problem for too long. The dryer was getting hot and it took 3 cycles to dry a medium load. When I attempted to vacuum the vent pipe going in the wall the lint was minimal but very DAMP. Chris Dann the owner, with a helper showed up 15 minutes early and called ahead of time to confirm it was ok to come early. Chris indicated the damp lint was a bad sign and ran a test to confirm we had no airflow up the vent at all. Our vent goes up an inside wall,crosses about 6 feet over the laundry room and then heads up to another right angle bend to dump onto the garage roof. This requires 4 right angle bends and causes restriction in the line. It turned out that the horizontal section was packed with wet lint. Chris and his helper worked for 3 hours to clear the blockage. This work finally required Chris to remove a light fixture in the laundry room to gain access the the blocked vent pipe, drill a hole to get access to the inside, and break loose the packed lint. But that was not enough to clear the vent completely. Chris also had to cut a hole in the ceiling of the garage to get access to another section of the vent line. He drilled into the vent above the garage ceiling as well and continued to blow out and vacuum out the vent line. When all was complete, Chris ran a test that determined that we had about 85% airflow, and Chris said that 85% was the best we could expect with so many restrictions in the vent line The net effect of all of the work is that dryer loads dry easily in one cycle and we are ecstatic with the result!!!

Everything worked out very well. They made sure that they covered everything and cleaned up after themselves really well.

Chris Dann (and his teenage son) were a joy to have on our property. I am a very nervous, security- and privacy-conscious customer. I hate calling technicians to work on things with our house because of this, but Mr. Dann put me right at ease from the get-go. Unlike so many other contractors, he didn't seem bent on entering my name and address into a computerized direct mail marketing database against all my protestations. Instead, he respected my wishes about privacy, taking the time to write out invoices (for two different jobs--one dryer vent-related and one chimney-related on two different days) ***by hand***, and promised me the information associating my name (a pseudonym) with the service address would go no further than him. I found him easy to believe on this and felt nothing but gratitude. He radiates warmth and caring and has a superb work ethic. I particularly appreciate the effort he expended explaining (over the phone) what he was going to do before he did it, how he explained it while he was doing it (teaching me about dryers and dryer vent set-ups), and the fire safety tips and recommendations he provided after the work was complete. For example, he noted it's safer to keep the door to the small washer/dryer closet open while operating the dryer so it can more readily suck in the air it needs to do its work. With good cheer and even better muscle tone, over and over, he climbed over the top of the dryer and crouched to work in a space of only a few cubic feet to remove dangerous sub-standard venting tubing and install replacement tubing that is much more difficult to work with but much better for fire safety. I insisted on paying him more than the amount he requested as the total because I thought he charged too little for the first-class (!!!) work he performed. That's how good this guy was.

They cleaned out all of the venting so that air can flow through my house. They made sure that the vents were covered and they wore booties so that they did not tract any dirt. They were very care and conscientious of the placement of their equipment. I would use them again.

Talk about thorough ! 2 man job, they quickly set-up equipment (And help to open the old casement windows which had been painted shut). Removed and cleaned all the registers (both returns and outflow to each room). Other details regarding the thoroughness: => Cleaned out the blower section of the Evaporative Cooler on the roof => Cleaned out the air filter in the ducts (also on the roof) => Removed renovation/construction debris from the base of the central return air chamber (beneath a hall closet) => Sealed each register/return opening and vaccumed from each of these openings one at a time => Calked and ensured each register was well sealed as they were reinstalled => Cleaned up everything behind themselves as well It was immediately noticeable, all the dust removed (they said in spots was think enough in the ducts to qualify as additional insulation !), made the whole house smell much fresher. This house had been on the market for some time, unoccupied, and as we clean and prep other areas before moving in, previous occupants had certainly not placed a high priority on cleanliness. Carson's was fantastic !

Professional and punctual, with atention to every detail in our home. Chris and his team provide a leverl of service and professionalism that you just don't see anymore. These guys went above and beyond "cleaning". They sealed holes (3 tubes worth), replaced vent screws that had been stripped, and corectly installed vents that were hung upside down. Chris even took the time educating me on the duct work/air flow of my home. The crew is hard working and efficient. They left my home very clean and were extremely curtious of all my furniture. Money well spent. I'll look forward to having them back out!

These guys are incredible. They thoroughly cleaned ducts and repaired tears as well as pulled builder trash and corrected a cutout behind the intake. They were so amazing they definitely went above and beyond to make sure the ducts at our new house were clean. Would totally use them again! Fantastic customer service!

I have used this company on 4 different occasions. They have cleaned our vents on 3 occsions and recently came out to clean our dryer vent. I highly recommend using this company. They are affordable, reliable and honest!

Arrived on time. Very professional 2 guys. One guy went to the attic with me and helped me fix a pipe. The other guy was doing vacuuming and blowing all he dust. Finished the job in 40 minutes. Quite happy with their service and would recommend to friends.

It was a two man team, Chris and an assistant, and they completed all the work in one morning. Chris was very knowledgeable about air flow and was able to correct problems we were having with regard to it. The team was easy to work with and did a thorough and professional job. We had the ducts cleaned in another house back east and the quality of work did not compare to Carson's.

Arrived at predetermined time. Cleaned vents and sealed registers. Located broken dryer vent break. Explained with diagram break and how it would be repaired. A follow up appointment was made for the follortwing to repair dryer vent. The work was completed as scheduled.

They arrived promptly and immediately started working. Service was completed in a timely manner. When finished, they explained in detail what they found when cleaning the vent and dryer. Also explained the readings they took, the values that were expected, the improvements after each step of cleaning, and the recommended schedule for having the vent cleaned. They cleaned up completely before leaving. I highly recommend them.

Chris and John arrived before scheduled time, which was fine. The only big complaint was the tracks left in the rocks aside the house when a cart was moved to back yard. I had to rake these smooth again so it looked normal. Overall, a good experience.
