Carson's Power Vac

We bought an older home and wanted all the ducts cleaned. Chris and his two sons came out on a Saturday, found lots of issues with the old ducts and also the new a/c ducting that was recently installed. They cleaned out everything and especially the dryer vent which probably hadn't been cleaned since the house was built. They took a video of what they found so we could see first hand how filthy the ducting was. When I mentioned that we didn't want to use the fireplace until it was cleaned, they did that too, and also pointed out some places where the fire walls were getting thin. They also measured every vent opening so while they were working, I went out and bought all new registers which they installed. We have used Carson's Power Vac before at our previous house, and also use them for rental properties that we manage. Chris is very knowledgeable about air flow and the proper operation of HVAC systems. His two sons are extremely polite and all three of them worked efficiently and cleaned up very nicely. This is an honest and reliable company that you can trust to do the very best job at a reasonable price. You will not be ripped off or sold a service you don't need. Dan and Tyler showed up at the promised time and explained the process. They setup all the equipment, began the work and showed me any problems or issues found. They were very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend their services. The price they quoted was the price they charged.

Chris was very friendly & helpful when I made the appointment. He accommodated my tight schedule & had the service done the same day! The 2 techs were on-time, cheerful, tidy & professional - almost sad to see them go! The vents were filthy & were sanitized as well. I'm so glad that we found a company that we can rely on. Chris and his 2 man team work very hard. I was very impressed. They showed extra consideration to us serior citizens. They helped move some furniture etc. I definitely plan to hire them again in 3-4 months.

The service was great!!! I am definitely going to hire them again. They not only cleaned my air vents and dryer vents but also replaced and repaired items that needed to be fixed. Our home was built in 94 and was probably never cleaned since it was built. These guys did an amazing job. It took them about 3 hours to knock it all out and it needed it bad. Thanks again for the clean and my family greatly appreciates it. Definitely recommend to any that needs their services.

The were very flexible on scheduling the visit, and showed up promptly this morning as promised. A three person crew performed the duct cleaning services quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up completely after the work was done. In addition to the basic duct cleaning, they fixed some dry wall in our furnace room that had been damaged by another company when an overflow pipe backed up earlier this year. Going well beyond the call of duty they used their ladder to install some LED flood lights in our 16 foot ceiling and even adjusted and re-caulked one of the outlets which had been poorly installed by our contractor so that the light bulb did not fully connect in the outlet. I would never use anyone else when we need our ducts cleaned in the future.

The gentlemen from Carson's arrived right on time and were so easy to work with. They went above and beyond simply cleaning duct work. Not only did they seal leaks around the vent and take care of asbestos they found, but they also notified me about a leak in my roof that would have been devastating if discovered any later (monsoon rains started that night)! I appreciated working with them and will use them again on other properties we have!

it went well, my only complaint is that the owner went around with music playing on his cell phone during the whole time him and the crew were there. other than that very professional.

They're a family (3 man crew) owned and operated business. I was able to set an appointment within a few days of my phone call. On the date of service when the team arrived, they walked the house with me to evaluate where all vents & registers were located and described in detail the process about what would ocur. They use a negative air pressure cleaning method using a long hose from the high range portable vacuum (placed next to my house) to the supply line on the HVAC unit. This means no dirt enters your home! I've waited a couple of months to post my review to see if there was a noticeable difference in the performance of my HVAC unit and air filter. My air filter does no longer need to be changed every 1 1/2 months and the HVAC unit does not turn on as often since sealing the different gaps in the duct work. I am extremely pleased and recommend Carson's Power Vac. I will not hesitate to call them the next time I need the air ducts cleaned. They were punctual, polite, and professional.

Called Carson's last week and they were able to set an appointment immediately. On the date of service they gave a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived they walked the house with me to evaluate where all registers were at and described to me in detail the process and what they were going to do. Prior to beginning cleaning the air ducts they laid down drop clothes, took off all the registers and masked off all registers. Each register opening was cleaned with a high pressured hose. I informed them I did not think the vents were ever cleaned. As they were cleaning I could hear the dirt being moving through the vents and being sucked away through the vacuum they had attached to one register. All registers were cleaned (the cleanest they have ever been) and replaced once they were done. They also cleaned the reusable filter I had. Throughout the process they informed me of what was going on. The owner also sealed one of the air ducts because there was a little bit of rust. They tested the unit before they left to ensure everything was in good working order. I could immediately feel the difference in the air as it was clean and fresh. If you ever need your air ducts cleaned USE THESE GUYS!!! I will not hesitate to call them the next time I need the air ducts cleaned. They were the most professional and personable people I have met in a long time.

These guys were great. Arrived on time and set up with lots of fabric drop cloths to keep our house clean. They did a very good job - the chimney was very dirty and was smoking out the whole house. Not anymore. Once they were finished, no more smoke. They were very tidy and a very pleasant and professional crew. Will definitely use them again.

They were very punctual, did a thorough job, and did not leave a mess. Price was a bit better than the other quotes I got. What more could I ask? I'm definitely going to call them next time.

They showed up exactly when they said they would, took exactly how long they said they would take, and charged exactly what they said they would charge and they left the place exactly as they found it. I'd had the attic insulated, including the air ducts, on the Monday and thought that getting the ducts cleaned afterwards was a good idea. Carson's Power Vac was very thorough. My home is one floor with 13 vents - 11 exhaust and 2 intake. All the covers were removed and cleaned; duct joins, sealed; area under and around the furnace checked and cleaned; ducts, thoroughly vacuumed. The floors were covered with drop cloths to minimize the tracking of debris et al. from one place to another. The three staff took about two hours to accomplish all this.
