Description of Work: My dryer vent goes up through the ceiling. I tried to clean my dryer vent from the roof and discovered that it had bends in the line that I could not get through. I called Carson's on Friday at 12:30pm and they happened to be in my neighborhood. They were here by 2:30pm and it was amazing what they got out of the vent line. Dryer air now flows like crazy. Hopefully my drying time will be cut in half.

Description of Work: I have to add another F to the reviews as I also called and left message regarding the need to get air ducts cleaned and I never received a returned call. Their work may be excellent but how can you know when phone calls are not returned....you can not run a business that way.

Description of Work: Remove all grills, block vents, alternately remove individual vents and brush duct while applying vacuum to return air plelum. Vacuum return airspace, clean grills and reinstall.

Description of Work: cleaned my dryer vent; we have a 20+ foot long vent for our dryer and it was clogged. They came out and did a great job of cleaning the vent and explained how the job was accomplished. Very Excellent Service!

They also went up on the roof and cleaned out my dryer vent. |We really liked these people...... father, son and one other employee. They arrived when they said they would, outlined how they were going to perform the work, showed us everything they did along the way and did a great job! Well worth the money...... Yes, we would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They were super nice and very helpful and polite. The service was excellent. They cleaned all the ducts in our |3,000 sq ft home and also all the returns. They cleaned our dryer vent as well and made some small repairs. They cleaned up after themselves, which always means points in my book! Very satisfied and would recommend them!

Description of Work: I made an appointment for Tuesday, 11/25/14, at 11:30 ish -They Never showed up. I called to see what was happening. I left a voice mail and never received a call back that day. Wednesday,in the AM, I call again and still no answer. Left another voice mail. Went to a movie in the afternoon and when I came out of the movie, I checked my phone and had a voice mail from them saying they were at my home waiting for me. W**. I was very disappointed with Carson Power Vac.

Description of Work: Cleaned ducts, chimney, dryer vent. Nice to work with, responsive, cleaned up. Some equipment and weather problems so had to come back a second time to finish but did so in a timely manner.
