Chris and John showed up exactly at the time stated and got straight to work. They removed all of the covers and cleaned all of the vents. They also cleaned the dryer vent outside as well as the flex line from the dryer. I was amazed just how much lint and dirt they were able to remove from the dryer vent. The invoice was what Chris had quoted me on the phone. Chris went above and beyond and put in a shield over the slot where the filter goes without an extra charge. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend Carson's Power Vac.

This is our second time using this company and once again we were completely satisfied. Chris and John were right on time and went right to work. They removed all the registers, cleaned them thoroughly, and then began cleaning the duct work.The work was complete, professional and finished in a timely manner. They then cleaned the dryer vent duct work. I was completely satisfied with their work and would definitely hire them again. I would also recommend them to anyone who needed their duct cleaning service.

This company was fantastic - very thorough, very personable, and very professional. I could not BELIEVE how much dust/dirt/lint they pulled out of my ductwork - it was really bad! The company did a great job and didn't leave any mess behind after they had completed the job. I am very satisfied with the quality and price of their work.

They were able to come the day after we called. Two service techs came with sort of a giant vacuum cleaner, removed the vent covers, cleaned the ducts, and replaced the covers. There was no mess and as it is a small house, it was all over quickly. They were very pleasant and after hearing some of the things that have been found in ducts, we were happy that all we had was dust.

Called them from out of town for an estimate appointment for our rental property dryer. They were prompt, professional and gave honest advice on re venting the dryer. They were able to do the duct cleaning and dryer vent clean out job that day. They were friendly and neat and overall great guys.

Don't expect fancy trucks or spiffy uniforms - just experienced, knowledgeable, and efficient work. Chris has equipment that others do not, which allows him to give results that are singularly efficient and thorough. They took care to sweep up debris from our registers but as with any tradesmen, you should expect to do your own vacuuming - we're paying for the work, not the clean up! This was first class work at a very reasonable cost. As a bonus, they check out the HVAC system to alert us if there is a problem. Plus, when cleaning the dryer vent on the roof, he scoped the chimney and roof coatings to let us know how things looked. No charge - just being thoughtful! Wow.

Chris and John showed up early and went right to work. Their work was excellent. They were very professional and very considerate of our household goods. Our only disappointment is with their clean up process. It could have been better. We found debris that they missed after they left. That being said we would definitely have them back. Really good service for the price.

Chris and Nick arrived on time and proceeded to take down the vent covers and hook up their equipment. The whole process took about 2 1/2 hours. I didn't look inside the duct work but assumed that it was clean when they finished. They cleaned the covers and put them back up with only one small ding in the surrounding plaster. Chris patched this for me. Chris also advised me of spots on the roof that needed sealing. My complaint is that my floors around the equipment hookup were left very dirty when they were through. I spent about three hours afterward scrubbing and vacuuming my kitchen, hall and living room floors. More drop cloths and care in removing the equipment might have lessened this problem. The floors under each vent were also left very dirty. Perhaps clean up is not part of the job but this should be made known to the customer ahead of time.

After having removed "popcorn" from our ceilings last summer, we still had a lot of residual dust blowing around our home when the furnace or AC came on. I called and Christopher Dann, the owner/operator, came out the same day for an estimate. He and an associate came out on our next convenient day to perform the work. It was definitely a two-man job, and took 2.5 to 3 hours to complete the job from start-to-finish. They covered carpets and furniture adjacent to each room's vents with plastic to collect any dust that might escape. After removing the registers and sealing off openings with cardboard, they put a 10" vacuum hose (approx. size) through a bedroom window extending from their truck which held a very heavy-duty vacuum apparatus to our furnace area in a hallway. It was connected to one of the vent openings nearest the furnace/AC unit. A high-volume air hose was used at each vent opening to blow dirt in the vents back toward the vacuum collection apparatus. They collected what was estimated to be 3-4 quart-sized containers of dust and rust particles (which had developed in the ducts from our evaporative cooler). They also cleaned the open area beneath the furnace where air returns to the unit. The vents were sanitized, the registers cleaned and put back in place. They cleaned up after themselves well, though the window screen through which the hose extended, was not tightly replaced. I will call them to come back and fix it. They also examined our fireplace chimney and found it to be clean. (We haven't used it for years.) The estimate of $200 was the price we paid for the work to be done. We were happy with the work and would use them again.

They are fantastic! I love them. They were very, very thorough. They clean up after themselves and leave no mess. They are quick and efficient and very trustworthy. They are personable. I will continue to use them in the future.

It went very well, they were on time, did what they said they were going to do, and a little extra (blew out debris from my compressor) and were obviously experience and professional. No messes left anywhere

It went very well. They did not find the animals actually in the ducts but in the adjacent walls. They also looked in the chimneys.

I called them on the phone and he gave me a quote based on the amount of vents we had in the house. We arranged a day to do the job. They arrived on time and set to work immediately. They opened all of our vents and set about removing the built up duct and mildew in our air system. In all it took them 3 hours start to finish.

THEY CLEANED OUT THE AIR VENTS IN MY HOUSE. THEY DID NOT GET ANY DUST IN MY HOUSE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE COMPANY. THE PRICE WAS VERY AFFORDABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE COMPANY TO OTHERS.
