Very well. One minor thing was when resealing grout, did leave some spill over on tile that showed up as spots. No big deal, very easy to wipe up with warm water and towel. Crew very professional and friendly. Got right to work and completed within time period given. Price was competitive with other estimates.

I used them last year and they were so late (3 hours) I had to reschedule. But they did a good job and I figured everyone has a bad day. So I called again this year and specified they needed to be here at 8 because I had other appointments. They just called and they will be an hour late because they got "a late start at the office." Not my problem. If you don't care when they show up, they are fine. But if you have a life, find someone else.

Both young men (Joan and Art) were friendly and very professional. They knew what they had to do, and they did it. They also took care that my 2 cats did not get out of the house.

I was shocked for find out I had 14 ducts in my house and the extras were going to be $20 each. I was able to work out a deal with them and I was very happy with the service.

The crew of two showed up on time, and did an awesome and thorough job. They were not scheduled to clean the throw carpets; however, jumped into help when I asked.

Courteous and professional. Area rugs removed for cleaning and returned within a couple of days. Cleaning was overall done well except light colored area rug still had some discoloration due to oils from large dog. Sofas came out excellent.
