Description of Work: I would have to check on the amount they charged because we were in the process of moving and I had them clean an antique Persian carpet and some extra work covering a few weeks' time. I do want you to note my feelings on the work they did on the hand-tied carpet. It was unbelievable!! I don't think anyone could have done a better job. The carpet (approximately 10 x 15) was put up in the air so the water would travel completely through the carpet a number of times and then turned and cleaned from the other side. I could hardly recognize the carpet when we unrolled it in our new home. It was just so lovely and soft I can hardly describe it, and ... I hated for anyone to walk on it! Description of Work: We have used Carpet Police three times. They have cleaned the carpets as well as the tile grout. The carpet always comes out great. The tile grout cleaning stood out for us because a previous cleaning by another firm was a dismal failure. The grout looked outstanding after the Carpet Police job. The guys performing the service were upbeat and congenial and results oriented. We will use them again and do not hesitate to recommend their services to others.

Description of Work: In the middle of the night in the dark I ran into the door between my bedroom and the hall head/face first. From my nose there was a tremendous amount of blood. I went to the emergency room and then hospital for about 3 weeks, but I told my husband to call Carpet Police which he did and you cannot tell where the blood was.

Description of Work: I had carpets cleaned before putting my house on the market. They put furniture lifters underneath everything I asked them to and did a very thorough job very professionally. It smelled beautiful as well! I would definitely recommend them. The cost is a bit high is my only negative comment.

Description of Work: There were a couple of stains in the hallway that are still there! Not sure why they didn't come out. Carpet does not look as fresh and clean as I had hoped.
