Description of Work: They were an hour late due to a flat tire that had to be repaired...totally understandable, and I don't fault them. They were also about a third more expensive than the company I'd previously been using (despite having an Angie's List coupon), but they did a fine job and seemed to get more moisture out of the carpet than I've experienced before, so it seemed to dry faster. I will, most likely, use them again.

Description of Work: The men came out and told us the dark areas we were concerned about were from vents that needed cleaning and should be done before the carpets. We foolishly agreed to pay 187 to have 8 vents cleaned. Since found out way overpriced. As they "cleaned" vents they told us the vents looked really good not dirty. They then said not sure they could get dark areas clean. Cleaned the carpets, still with dark marks, I questioned them, one guy tried something then said could not do any better. I called another company. They came out,said areas could be cleaned and we paid $90 more and got the job done. Definitely feel Carpet Police ripped us off. Over $300 paid and job not done and unnecessary work done at an outrageous cost to us.

Description of Work: I've used Carpet Police many times both personally and professionally in my real estate business. Remarkable results on carpet cleaning including going back over areas that needed it. Honest evaluations. Excellent prices and staff. |A Javalina got trapped and died in an exterior room at a vacant home. You can imagine how bad this was since the poor creature lie dead there for a week or so in a room without cooling in June. I discovered it on a Sunday at about 2pm after noticing the odor. I called Carpet Police for a referral to remove it. They told me that they would do it and the truck was at the door within an hour. The Javalina carcass and everything around it was removed and Carpet Police continued cleaning and treating the area until every hint of the incident was gone. It was a first for me and I think a first for them. Everyone knows who is calling when I refer to myself as the Javalina (Pig) Lady.

Description of Work: They came to clean our carpets. The appointment was for 12 noon. They called around 10 and asked if they could come early. That was fine with me. They were professional, efficient, and helpful. The only reason I put quality as a B is that the carpets looked great when they were done. But when they dried, in one of the bedrooms there were some yellow stains that came up. I cleaned the spotted area and it came out fine. All in all a good experience.
