Description of Work: Well we ended up paying for carpet cleaning for one of our rental units that had extensive urine stains and bad odor. I thought they were going to do an enzyme treatment because I spoke with one of the cleaners extensively about the fact that if it wasn't done that we would probBly have to tear up the carpet and padding. But to my surprise it was not done AND we ended up replacing the carpet. they assured me that they would do whatever they needed to do to get the carpets cleaned. I've used carpet police for my homes and rental units prior to this but now I'm reluctant to use Thier services again because of lack of integrity. I was not happy.

Description of Work: Estaban and Juan were great, nice guys, good communicators and provided excellent service. They were respectful of my furniture and walls. They were also respectful and cooperative about my need to move my cat to various room locations to protect her from the noise and to keep her safely inside the house as they worked.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in two bedrooms. One room was very soiled by pets and they removed the carpet and cleaned offsite. They reinstalled the carpet it looks terrific. I will definitely use Carpet Police again in the future.

Description of Work: The deal was 2hrs for one worker, 1hr for two workers to recaulk bathroom or kitchen areas. This service appears to be a side business, because they arrived in their carpet cleaning vehicle. They did a good job all-in-all of apply caulk, but they did not remove the old caulk; just cleaned and reapplied. They saved me the time, but I could have done a similar job. Nothing spectacular.
