Description of Work: It was a good service, but a bit pricey. I think I might shop around a bit for a better price. I did have them do a lot; tile work as well as carpet; but I still thought $800 was a bit high.

Description of Work: Repaired grout and recaulked kitchen sink. 2 months later, caulk has already failed. Previous caulk was good for 10 years. They repaired grout without removing the old grout, just put a thin layer of new grout over the old cracked grout. They showed me color samples, then called from store to say those colors were outdated and unavailable. Not a very professional experience.

Description of Work: Mox up on date/scope of work on first visit. They came the following day after a new agreement was made. very professional and courtous. Did not have ample supplies on hand and had to buy additional chocking supplies. for whatever reason the chocking has not completly dried. They return two weeks later to do some satillo title work and promised to correct the chocking. The floor came out fantastic, the attempted to correct the cocking in the bathroom, however, it's still not dried. Wrong type of chocking ?? not sure.
