Came in, found all leaks, cleaned up-dried everything out, came back, checked-dry walled repairs-painted & the finished by cleaning, carpets & tile. Wonderful employees!

This is the 2nd visit from Carpet Police, and it won't be their last. They are able to get out stains that others couldn't. They guys called and asked if they could come early, which worked great. They confirmed what needed to be done and got right to work. Very friendly and courteous and did a great job!

Juan & Art cleaned our bedroom carpets. They were professional & personable. They wanted to make sure I was satisfied with their work. They arrived late, but called right away to let me know. Very satisfied.

The completed work and value is excellent . The job ended up taking two days and they ended up coming later the second day than expected, but it only took a few hours the second day. I figure the job took about 30 man hours to give you an idea of the scope of the work. We had a total of 4 different people on the project and all were respectful and efficient. Their quote was 20% less than another quote and while I don't believe price alone is a reason to hire someone, they were hired in large part by reviews on Angie's list. We couldn't be happier.

Art & Manny were very efficient & thorough. Carpet looks much better. Area rug had several stains - looks great now.

Team arrived on time, walked through home, and got straight to work.

They did just fine. The deal was a good deal and we ended up having them do more work than we expected and they did a good job. I’m not sure that I would use them again in the future, not because of anything they did wrong. We don’t really expect to need that type of service again, it was a special situation. I would use them again if I needed that type of service.

They were excellent. I couldn't say enough good thing about them. It was while ago I don't remember. There's been some much going on here. I think it was like towards the end of May because I was looking to put it up for sale.

Wonderful. Alfred and Gabriel did an excellent job. My furniture and carpet looks like new! And they applied Scotch guard to the dining chairs and carpet so we can minimize the dirt accumulation going forward. They were very thorough and their manner was professional and courteous. Thanks for doing such an excellent job.

Amazing! Not only were they through, but because we had some rooms with furniture that couldn't be moved they only charge us for the carpet that they actually cleaned and not the size of the entire floor. Plus we got a discount because my husband is a teacher!

It went well. A little clean up of the paint flecks left after the covers were taken of would have been nice, but no big deal.

Excellent job. Our grout and tile, when we moved into the home looked grungy. We've now been here 10+ years and it looks worse! Carpet Police came in and thoroughly pressure washed and sealed the tile. It looks like new. Great job!

The two gentlemen who came out were incredibly thorough and also very nice. I doubt that the dryer vent had ever been cleaned, and they did such an incredible job that the dryer still dries of half the time it used to take. I also appreciated the fact that they didn't try to sell me anything else; they did a wonderful job, and they departed without trying to get me to pay for other services.

They spent too much time trying to sell me other services.

Two pleasant young men arrived on time, measured, vacuumed, and shampooed carpet and furniture, placed furniture on blocks and gave me instructions as to drying time.
