Crews were very professional and courteous. They glued carpet at tile and made it invisible. They stretched the carpet in one room to pull a couple of humps flat.

Pretty straight forward. They ran a little late on arrival but they called and gave me a heads up so I consider them on time. They worked quickly but diligently and placed small furniture like nightstands on small Styrofoam blocks. Carpet looked good afterwards and I was satisfied. I could have gotten the cleaning done for less but I read the reviews on these guys and liked what everyone said. I would definitely use them again and do recommend them.

They were prompt and professional. I wasn't sure they could fix the carpets but they did. There is no residual staining or odor. I plan to use them again every six months.

They have one really big truck that provides the suction for the water extraction. The carpet cleaning was excellent, and they place wall protectors on the corners so the hose won't scrape the walls. The guys were friendly and professional, and worked hard, and the carpets look great. They were having a bad day when they did our job, and as a result were 2 1/2 hours late. They did call a number of times, starting a half hour before they were due, to let me know, and to keep me apprised on when they would get here. They offered to reschedule, but I'd moved all the easily moved furniture into the living room, so I wanted the carpets cleaned that day. He gave me a Late discount, which brought the price down from $100 to their minimum of $87, but that was the same result as using the 15% Angies List or Senior discount would do. Even though they were running behind schedule, they did a thorough job with full attention, I did not feel like they rushed my job. Overall I think I will use them again in the future.

Great job. The 3 man crew arrived 15 minutes early, set up, measured the floor, and got started. They vacuumed the floor and would have moved the furniture but I had already done that to speed up the process. In and out in an hour, they made sure I was happy with the job that had been done by doing a final walk-through. Very polite, professional, and effective. Thank you.

I have used many different companies in the past to do the same job Carpet Police did, and Carpet Police is by far the best I have ever used. They had a two-man team come out to my house to do the job, which surprised me for something so little. Both of the guys were friendly, professional, and conscientious of their surroundings in my house. In the past, other carpet guys had no regard for my house and dragged their hoses around, scraping paint and damaging the corners of the walls; but not Carpet Police! They used guards on the corners of the door frames to keep from damaging the walls - something that many other providers overlook. I can't say enough good things about this company. I recommend them to anybody, without reservations.

Juan, Murilo and Estevan called ahead to confirm their arrival and arrived on time. They were courteous, professional and listened carefully to all my requests, then complied. They honored the Angies List discount. i was extremely happy with the results of their cleaning work and would not hesitate to call Carpet Police again when my carpet needs cleaning and recommend them to my friends.

Michael & Esteban came to my house to clean my carpet. They called the day of the service to let me know when they would be here and they arrived promptly. Michael went through the house to measure an give me a price and evaluation of what work was needed. Michael and Esteban were very professional and courteous. They wore protective booties from when they first entered my home and through out the process. They also put protective devices on the corners of the walls to prevent damage from the hose. They worked very h****** getting the stains out. They moved all my furniture, cleaned underneath them and then set them back in place on little coasters.Michael also asked if I would like to have my tile cleaned. I wasn't sure if it needed it so he said he would clean the tile in the entry way for a free demonstration. After he cleaned the tile entry way he said it was not dirty. He suggested waiting till the next cleaning. I had my carpet cleaned several times before by different companies with poor results. I chose Carpet Police because I joined Angie's List and they were highly rated. I will definetly use them again

Juan and Jacob called ahead and were EXACTLY on time for our 4:00 appointment.They were very thorough and professional and I liked their care in entering and going back and forth through my home. They provided me with an area sampling of tile cleaning and I was taken aback by how clean they got it. I'm bringing them back as soon as I can. This is a VERY WELL RUN business thought through from start to finish and I like that they suggest but apply no pressure whatsoever. Also kudos to Garret for answring all my questions prior to making the apointment.

They ran about a half hour late, but called and it was no problem. The men were friendly and professional, and did an excellent job of protecting baseboard corners and furniture legs...the carpet looked wonderful and I was very pleased with the service. When our carpet needs cleaning again, we will use this company!

They showed up about 20 min late, but otherwise did a very good, fast job.

About 30 mins late, but did call to keep me informed. Work was performed in under 2 hours. Don't expect to have peace and quiet but machine has to have power to do a good job.

Arrived on time and explained things and offered to apply scotch guard at no charge since the cleaning cost was below the minimum charge. Came back to re-clean one carpet. Friendly, accommodating.

Carpet Police responded promptly to my request for an estimate, showed up early for the service appointment, was clear and helpful in response to my questions, and got my tile and furniture cleaner than they have been in a decade.

A member of my family had a medical emergency that left blood and fecal matter on the white rug in our guest room at approximately 4:30 am this morning. When I returned from the hospital at 10:30 am this morning I got on Angie's List to find a carpet cleaner that could respond today to clean the carpet. David at the Carpet Police was very responsive. When I explained the situation he quoted a price that was very reasonable considering that when he does a job that involves cleaning blood he must sterilize his equipment prior to providing service to the next customer. I wondered about adding one additional room that needed cleaning since they were coming - to which he responded that it would save me money and he added a modest amount to cover that room. His crew was here at 1:30 pm, just three hours after my call, and done within an hour. I am very grateful for the professional and speedy response to my call. A medical emergency is very stressful. Carpet Police took away one of those stressors.
