Juan and Gabriel called at 11:30 and said they would arrive on time at 12:00. They did. Good customer service is a simple thing but not always performed. Juan and Gabriel did it WELL. We have used Carpet Police for the last 4 or 5 years and will do so again. Plus recommending them to our friends.

Art arrive perfectly on time and was extremely personable and friendly. He assured he would do his best to get some stains out and did! He even called the owner to make sure our needs were met!

Jesus and Gabriel measured the carpet rooms and rugs. They then gave us a firm bid on the cost. They worked carefully, paying attention to more soiled areas. Their work was conscientious and complete. Even the antique Persian rugs look like new.

I could not be happier with Art and Gabriel. Not only did they do a fantastic job cleaning the carpets, they are fantastic guys as well who helped reduce the stress involved in bringing this house up to par to make it a home.

Art called to see if an earlier time would work since in the area. That was better for us. He walked through and explained the procedure and told me what to expect and how to care for it after. His assistant, Juan, came in and started and the results were immediate! You can see they take pride in what they do and are very professional & friendly. I will be calling them back to maintain the carpet clean and for other cleaning services they offered.

The Carpet Police team did an OUTSTANDING job -- the tiles look brand new and we were astounded by the results. Before they began, we were hoping they could remove 90% of the residue, but they exceeded our expectations. The tile looks like it was just laid. They explained the processes to us: first an acid-based solution, which worked well and pleased us, but they indicated the results could be better so they followed with an alkaline-based solution to make the tiles gleam. They protected our cabinets, aluminum windows, rugs, and furniture and helped us move the furniture back into place when they finished. The cleaning took longer than expected, but the job was done right. They even scrubbed stubborn stains on their hands and knees. The cost was extremely reasonable - 49 cents per square foot. We will use them again.
