The team of the manager, Alfonso & Jesus called to let me know they could come a little early, if I wanted. They were fast, efficient and thorough. I was given a discount so their pricing was very reasonable. did a good job!

It went really good. They were really nice.

Jesus, Jacob, & Juan called more than an hour ahead to change the appt time and arrived at the second time precisely. They were professional and efficient. They had IDs and introduced themselves.

Arrived promptly, spent extra time on a stubborn stain from stained wood furniture. Very much worth the cost as it saved us from having to change the carpets before we put our house up for sale. The carpets looked brand new.

It started out a little rough. I made the appointment for 8:00 a.m. because I read a lot of reviews that stated they arrived late. I work from home and I schedule my days tightly so I figured I would be OK if I was the first. At 7:45 they called to let me know they would be on the way once they got gas and according to their GPS they would arrive at 8:20. At exactly 9:00 when I had just initiated a work related conference call, they pulled into the driveway. Since I was the leader of the call and I had to answer the door, I had to ask a customer if I could call them back in a few minutes, which is not the way I like to work - I am on time. I had arranged with the person who cleans my house to start an hour later than usual so the carpet cleaners would be finished and gone. Instead, she arrived at just about the same time. I know they were only an hour late, but it caused a lot of disruption for me at work and at home. That said, they were very nice. There were three men and they were all very polite and professional. They did a fantastic job on the carpets and once they got going they were very unobtrusive. They didn't try to sell me anything additional and even let me know the price will be slightly less next time since I prepaid and overestimated the area to be cleaned. I will call them to clean my carpet again, I will just leave more time open next time. If it hadn't been for the delay and the inconvenience it caused me I would have given them an A+

Awesome!!! 20 YR. OLD CARPET LOOKS GREAT! Called and left message on Vmail. Was called back the same day and on schedule for the next day. Owner called to make appt. Techs called and were able to come earlier then scheduled. They arrived in uniform, were extremely polite to me and my 70 lb. dog. They gave me an estimate which was dead on accurate as the owner had quoted. Techs "double teamed" the house and really concentrated on the high traffic areas. Protected all corners with covers so hose would not scrape walls as it was moved around house. Moved furniture at no extra cost as required. Carpet dried much faster then previous cleaners work and looked 100x better. Neighbors recommended these folks and after seeing their trucks in the neighborhood on several occasions, I had them come out. Excellent all the way around.

This was an Angielist deal for up to 1500 square feet of carpet cleaned for 149.00. It also included deoderizer .The carpets all turned out great. This also included vacuuming before the cleaning.they moved some furniture for me too. Both guys were very professional.

Esteban and Jesus called ahead and came on time, offered solutions to pet problem areas. They were courteous and friendly and cleaned areas I did not expect to come clean.

Crew was late for scheduled appointment, but called will in advance to let me know of delay. I was very impressed with that. They got right down to work and were efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. They cleaned things right up, and even replaced all the furniture just so.

Two technicians arrived 15 minutes early, dressed in clean uniforms and went to work immediately. When finished, they asked me to review the job they did.

Great. The customer service was terrific and of the level not often encountered when hiring home service contractors. They did a follow-up call and said they were available if stains reappeared and left us a bottle of their stain remover which they will refill in between cleanings! We were very happy.

Having used Carpet Police in the past expectations for a high quality job were in place. The latest experience met my established standards and I was pleased with the outcome. I plan to use Carpet Police in January 2015 as the carpet, although new, is light in color and shows dirt/traffic patterns. Carpet Police is not a bargain priced provider but the quality certainly warrants the cost.
