Got a call to come early which was fine. Alphonso explained they all no residue as I heard about a new company with that name. They do a good job of cleaning and explaining wear areas on the carpet. Great job overall.

Exactly as it was supposed to; reminder call day before, all right before appt, asked if crew could arrive early, moved furniture, sprayed dirty spots, thoroughly and deeply cleaned under pads, moved furniture back.

Alfonso, Michael & Jesus were on time, very friendly, worked efficiently, completed the job with admirable team work and, once again, Carpet Police exceeded our expectations.

They arrived on time, are very pet friendly. We had a red Kool-Aid stain on a light colored carpet in the family room that another carpet cleaning company said was impossible to remove (they tried twice without success).... Carpet Police removed it! We were considering replacing our carpet, but now we can do it on our time table, rather than having to because of an embarrassing stain. The rest of the carpet looks outstanding. Thank you!

Service went as planned. I was out of town and communicated by phone. As always they attempted to sell me additional products. It is the same with all vendors.
