It was raining the day the cleaning crew arrived; however they were very careful to bring the vacuum piping inside quickly so that wet pipes were not dragged through the house. They were quite professional by removing and marking all duct covers so that they did not get mixed up when they were replaced. The dryer vent was a bit clogged but they worked on it until it was thoroughly cleaned. Their clean up at the end was complete and left no traces of their having been there even though it was a rainy, messy day. We opted to add the dryer vent and 6 additional ducts to the original work order and it was priced at the same rate as the Angie's List Deal..

Small problem with getting our schedules in synch but when 2 people arrived, all went smoothly. They were professional, thorough and did a terrific job with problem areas. We had definite traffic area issues and they vacuumed, prepped and completed the cleaning in no time at all. They made sure we were happy with the job in all 4 rooms and were professional every step of the way. We'll certainly use them again and will book a cleaning sooner than we've done in the past. They're pricing is very fair and their work is excellent. Wont hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for great job at a fair price.

I called Carpet Police back because the first time they came, I was so elated when they cleaned up an old coffee stain which was a whole pot. I thought I would have to live with the stain, but Carpet Police made the stain look 90 percent better. In between the first and second time I had Carpet Police, I called another company clean my carpet and brought back that coffee stain. I had Carpet Police clean my carpets soon after as I was not happy with the other company and Carpet Police made such a great improvement. The men were very nice, polite, patient, and professional.

Called in advance. Arrived right on the schedule. Checked the three items to be cleaned (no carpets) and remeasured to be certain the phone estimate was accurrate. Answered several questions. Cautioned several of the spots on the leather sectional were virtually impossible to remove (no surprise). Once approved they were quick and effective. The two men set about very business like . Even when one of their wands broke, an associate arrived with a replacement quickly, and lost very little time. The work was done quietly, efficiently. The colors in the couch upholstery returned quickly. The chair is a shade lighter. The leather sectional is more "alive"...They were here and gone within 2 hours and that includes the problem with the equipment. Very pleasant, professional, quiet, clean and competent. We will use the Carpet Police again

It turned out fine. The price that we paid was acceptable. I think that they were timely in their response and that they came in and did exactly what they said they were going to do. It worked out fine.

They were a little late dur to other cleaning jobs taking longer then expected, but they kept in contact with me to let me know when they would arrive. Once here they worked efficinently and carpet looks good!

Made call to Carpet Police and received service within three days. Carpet cleaners were running about 1/2 hr. late but had the courtesy to call, which most services do not do. Cleaning of the carpet was fast and completed with great satisfaction and the staff were very pleasant and polite. Highly recommend Carpet Police, A+++ Business.

It went so well. They did an excellent job. The young guys that came were polite and very nice people. I would highly recommend them. They got it back to me in a timely manner. I am very pleased.

This is the third time I have used this company to clean my carpets. They do a good job but expensive. I paid over $200 for 460 sq ft and for carpet protector to be put on after the cleaning, which included a 15% discount. I didn't have any stains, just normal wear/traffic patterns. Three service people showed up. They didn't have to move any furniture since I had moved everything prior to their arrival. The lead service rep. called me about 20 minutes prior to the service appointment to advise they were running about 45 minutes behind. They showed up at the new time indicates and vacuumed first, then cleaned. They put corner guards on the wall corners to protect the wall edges and left me a set of booties to wear while the carpet dried. I would use them again.

They arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. The grout work was done correctly, but it seems as though they were unprepared for the caulking work. One worker had to leave to buy more caulk. The caulk lines were not well done at all. The old caulk lines were not removed completely, and the new caulk was just added on top. There are places where the lines are incomplete and have gaps - this will not prevent the water from entering the wall, which is the main reason to have the caulk. In some places, the caulk is already lifting away from the tile. While I believe that they do competent grout work, I would not recommend them for any caulking work, which was part of the deal.. They left a lot of debris on the shower floor and on the bathroom floor, and left dried caulk in the bathroom sink. Also, whatever they sent down the drain clogged it up. They stayed for only 1.5 hours, instead of the advertised two hours.

Carpet looked great after cleaning. Personnel were courteous and focused and friendly. Everything was explained carefully. However, the carpet was wetter than we have previously experienced when they were finished. Even with lots of fans, areas of carpet were still damp after 24 hours. I see by their web site that they offer a 15% senior discount but we were not offered that nor was it mentioned by the staff.

Alfonso at Carpet police is the best ! Ever since animal like tenants ruined my carpet, or so I thought , I have had carpet police clean all my carpets and tile in my home and rentals. I was in tears when I thought the neon gum; candle wax; blue and red dye from candies and Popsicles ruined the carpet at one of my rentals. It was a miracle what the team did ( and that was just in calming me down!) I did NOT have to replace my carpet and I will never call anyone but Alfonso and Carpet Police for all my residential and commercial floor cleaning needs!

I had this scheduled for a specific time. I work at home and cancelled a meeting so I could get them started. They called about a half hour prior and said they would be late so they showed up during another meeting (uhhgg). They did a good job. A team of 3 guys took off all my covers and cleaned them. They were pretty quick and efficient and professional. The only complaint I have is the whole duct cleaning was a $149 special and you could purchase "add on" services. I wanted my dryer duct cleaned which is a $75 service (but they do it for $50 for Angies list customer). They did this and it didn't take any longer or more effort than a regular duct and it was a third of the price of all the duct cleaning. A few days after they left my wife found all the lint from the cleaned out duct crammed into the outlet in our alley way, so their vacuum equipment apparently didn't work so well. I've never had my ducts cleaned before so I don't know what to compare it to.

Professional and courteous team. Measured and quoted me a fair price. They explained what they would be doing and then went right to work.

They showed up very polite and got straight to work.

They arrived about 5-minutes early which is better than being a little late. They were fast and thorough. They took care to not damage the cornered walls and didn't charge extra to use protectors on those corners. They wore special booties over their shoes and provided us with them too to protect the newly shampooed carpet. I have found my new carpet cleaner and will definitely use them again.

We're very happy. I would call them again. They're very professional and very caring about taking care of my property. Things were done when they were done. I didn't have to ask them about putting stuff beneath the wood furniture to keep it off the carpet. We're very impressed. I would call them again.

I received a note in the mail from Carpet Police reminding me that it had been 6 months since my last cleaning and offering 15% off if I scheduled a new one. It was perfect timing since it was already on my mind. I was able to schedule an appointment for later in the same week, which was helpful because I was going to have company for the weekend. They arrived on time and did an amazing job of cleaning our light colored carpets. We have three big dogs and there were some spots on the carpet and every one came out. I am extremely pleased with the service and the professionalism.

Workers arrived on time and called ahead to say they were on the way. Went to work immediately after explaining the process. They did a very good job. Team was very courteous.
