Michael and Manny showed up early and more than on-time. The company and worker communication was excellent. They did a superior job power cleaning the duct vents, and the interior ducts. These guys have a great personality and are good workers going above and beyond standard service. They were willing to do more if needed, and were helpful to a neighbor who also inquired and asked of their services. Their prices are fair for the work provided. Cleaning ducts is a dirty business, but they were all-in to getting dirty if that's what it meant to clean the ducts. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Very well. Alfonso was friendly, and explained things as he went. He helped me to better understand venting issues related to my specific dryer.

Manny and Michael arrived exactly on time; they were both incredibly nice and thorough in their approach to the job. I appreciated that they did not give me some sort of hard sale about other things that I should have done. They just did a very thorough job of cleaning my dryer vent, which I truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Manny and Michael for any jobs that Carpet Police does because they are so nice, so professional, and they seem incredibly honest as well.

Very good. On time (with call about running late) did as best as they could on shower tiles with hard water deposits. They were happy to go back over spots they missed & very reasonable price.

They were great. He worked well with my dogs and explained the training in simple easy to understand ways. He evaluated their needs and responsiveness. Told me what to expect and how to correct their undesirable behavior. He gave me a plan of action and made sure I knew what I was doing. It was a great experience. I definitely recommend them.

The two-person team arrived on time, measured all the areas to be cleaned and gave us an estimate before starting work. They moved furniture as needed and put it up on blocks after cleaning (some companies charge extra for this). They even set up corner protectors as they moved from room to room. Afterwards, we did a walk through, and they were happy to redo any areas of concern. They were not able to remove a couple stains, but overall did an excellent job.

They were on time and efficient, completing all work in less than the expected time. Their pricing was fair, and the two people who performed the were were helpful and professional. I plan to use them again soon.
