+ -1 moregreat, I would highly recommend Carpet Police, they were slightly late but called to advise us and called again when they were enroute. All the carpets look like new again. As repeat customers I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future.
Description of Work: we had several rooms steamed clean, incl a set of stairs, the men did a great job, Alfred and Juan were very professional, and had great personalities. They went over and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

+ -1 moreThey came out and actually made the rug damage that was made from the other guy much more minimal. They are good. We have them out every five or six months. They're one of the cheaper ones. The quality is very good. They redo stuff if you're not happy with no charge and all that. They can come the next day if you need them.

The only other complaint was the first scheduled appointment wasn't saved on their schedule so we had to reschedule when the guys would be coming.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on time. 2 men worked fast. I was pleased with their work, however, the carpet stayed wet thru the following day. They did the work at 2 pm Thurs. and the carpet was still very wet all the next day. This delayed the placement of some the the furniture. We will probably use them again in the future. I would recommend them.
