Very good svc. - explained problem.

Carpet Police came to clean an area rug and a sofa. When they saw the sofa was cream-colored they told me that the wet method of cleaning such a light sofa often turned it brownish, and they didn't recommend it. They tried the dry method of cleaning on one stain and found it didn't take the stain out, so they recommended another company for the sofa. They did an excellent job cleaning the area rug, including getting a couple of stains out. Although not getting the sofa cleaned put me below their minimum charge, they didn't make me meet the minimum. I was very impressed with their professionalism and their willingness to explain all the details to me.

Arrived on time, cleaned the floors moved furniture back into place and left. A very efficient event.

The two men were 10 minutes early and very professional. Measured & counted everything and gave me a price. They immediately started working. Have had them before and have always been very-pleased with the company.

Great! They did a fantastic job getting out traffic patterns and a red wine stain. Three very polite young men did the work, were on time and went back over areas a second time. They offered to return if there were any problems. So much better then other carpet cleaners in this area. They have a huge truck with powerful equipment.
